This is a real gem of a place. The inn is charming, the town is beautiful, the rooms are attractive, the service is friendly and responsive, and most of all the jazz club is fantastic! They get the very top people out of New York and we have never been disappointed even though we have had years of experience in the best jazz clubs in New York. In the warm weather, the outside Sunday brunches with local jazz musicians is a wonderful way to spend a weekend morning. We are so very fortunate to have such an incredible place in our back yard.
What a delightful experience staying at the Old Lyme Inn! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating, food was excellent and the inn itself accommodations, our room and the ambiance of the library, reception and dining area were warm and inviting. There was a glitch with our reservation (not the fault of the inn), and the registration staff went beyond helpful to make it right.
This lovely historic country inn offers comfortabel quiet rooms, a dinning room and bar, and a fun jazz club. The staff was warm and welcoming. Across the street are 3 museums, including the historic Florence Griswald Museum and the Audubone Society.
A true hospitality asset to the Connecticut shoreline. Brings the county inn feel in a coastal setting with professional high quality management and FF&E that is well above industry standards.
The staff at Old Lyme Inn was so accommodating and friendly that by the end of our two night stay we felt as though we were leaving family. We will definitely return hopefully sooner rather than later. Absolutely a wonderful inn to stay overnight.
This is a lovely property. My friend and I just had a lovely weekend there. The food was excellent and we really enjoyed the jazz brunch. We did not have a chance to go to the jazz club because we had tickets to another show but, judging on the sax chops of the GM, it's a singular experience. The hospitality was above and beyond. Tosh was fabulous. We would stay again and recommend to friends. Thanks Old Lyme Inn!
I went to a wedding there and they were able to accommodate my many challenges from mobility to dining limitations. Many thanks to them for their attention and grace!
WONDERFUL!!! I was sick the whole time but the staff was so exceptional and so caring I cannot say enough good things about them. It was a very difficult time and they made an awful scenario better whenever possible. The inn is very quiet, very charming, very low key and I appreciated that. Just so genuine and caring and it is the kind of place where they know your name!! Your like family!!! Beautiful room in lush green setting....fantastic!

Great Greek Pizza Diner. The owner and staff here are really great folks. Easy to talk to. The meat lovers pie was chock full of goods. The Greek style crust was spot-on. The place has a neat ambiance and is very clean. They have a lot of to g
