Very clean and the food is always good. Daily specials and friendly staff. I eat at least one meal here each week and have for 10 years. Never had a bad experience.
The absolute best lunch experience i have had since Covid. It is almost impossible to get a trifecta for lunch. I had the chicken, egg and potato salad with fruit plate. Every single bite was excellent. We also had a smiling and friendly waitress.🥳👍🥰
Chicken salad plate. The best in town. Sweet server ,very good ,a big. Smile.
You know you are in a rough part of town when you walk into a convenience store and there is a bulletproof glass-encased Western Union check cashing booth, a large array of malt liquor selections but only one kind of White Claw, and an employee and customer are having an open conversation about crystal meth and how it alters your appearance. But tucked away inside this dilapidated part of east Burlington is a true diamond in the rough: Old Fogies. OF is very cute, is run by a very cheerful and helpful staff, and serves up a fine lunch. I ordered a Reuben with potato salad and a sweet tea. The Reuben was beautiful, with a flat and crispy exterior and a warm and tasty interior. Either they have a sandwich maker appliance or the sandwich maker person is a sandwich grilling master. It was delicious. Note: they put dijon mustard on it instead of the traditional thousand island. The potato salad was very good. A bit mild (nothing Texas Pete couldn’t fix), though, but it had a delightful texture. The potatoes (red skin) were perfect—not too hard and not too soft—and very tasty. The sweet tea was excellent—a perfect amount of both tea and sugar. Just a fine sweet tea. I asked for a sample of the chicken salad, and it was EXCELLENT. A chicken salad melt from OF would surely be award winning. Maybe next time... OF is a really neat place. And from my experience, it lives up to its name. I am 50 and was easily the youngest customer in the place. I think that the pace, atmosphere, items on their somewhat limited menu appeal to members of the Silent Generation, the Baby Boomers, and perhaps some of Generation X. I do NOT see this place having a huge appeal to hipsters or millennials, or, thankfully, to hipster millennials, the most obnoxiously pretentious humans ever described in the annals of anthropology. Worth noting: I actually found this place by typing “hot dogs” in the Yelp search. They don’t have hot dogs. They have mostly sandwiches. And no fries. Fortunately I knew this ahead of time because I looked at the menu. This is one of those places that charmed me so much that I can’t stop thinking about it. Definitely worth a visit...if you’re old enough.
Very good Italian sub , side of potato salad, reasonable price. We will definitely be back.
Food was great.Best potato salad anywhere.Service personal and efficient
I was told this place would be great, and I was told correctly. The small town welcome and service was awesome. The food was fresh, delicious and almost more than I could eat. Service was above outstanding, and the waitress, well, she was great at her job... she tried to make us fatter by offering us homemade deserts. Met the owner and was impressed. Great bunch of people work here. I am looking forward to coming back to try other menu items.

Recently traveled here for work. Hands down, the best hospitality you can possibly ask for. The owner Ted, has to be one of the nicest, down to earth guys Iâve ever met. Get great food walked over from across the street. Much love and respect from
Scott is an amazing coach who has the clients best interest at heart and lives what he is doing. It doesnât matter what level of fitness you are, Scott meets You where you are at but also challenges you. Great class! Great coach!
Been hiking at this park since 2011 and I still love it. Trails are well maintained, well-marked, and it has some primitive camping sites that I've wanted to check out. The paddle access down the homestead trail is well marked and a great area to rel

This was a very nice soccer field but for older or handicapped folks need to provide a way for transportation to the other side of the gigantic field. And closer restrooms also would be nice as well. Well maintained field!
Lots of kids there for my stepson to play with. Park is pretty much litter free, and no crazies out today. People running on the track, kids running around playing tag, people walking their dogs. Even though it was cold outside it was a pleasant time
Would have given ten stars if I could. Staff here including Mike the manager, Nicole and April, were so incredibly helpful and as nice as could be. Itâs obvious the enjoy their jobs. The rooms are nicely appointed and immaculate. The hit breakfa
