1st time: Food ribs and delicious gluten free chocolate brownie with ice cream. Service is a bit different, we had many different people waiting on us the entire time. 2nd time: we opted for outdoor patio seating since they said they were busy and it would have been a long wait. Outside was a bit cool in October so we asked for the fabric to be let down to block the wind, nobody came so we did it ourselves. The light was out near our table so we had to use our cell phone to read the menu and see our food. I had a cheeseburger and fries, my friend had green chili salmon. Last trip was BBQ pulled pork sandwich that was amazing- the sauce has a bit of spice to it that is wonderful. I had great service. Thanks

So I had dinner with my sister and my dad, as we do pretty regularly. Three plates at the table included a salmon salad, fish and chips, and my bison meatloaf. I heard no complaints from the rest of the family. However my bison meatloaf was very dry likely overcooked in the preparation stage. I understand Bryson is very lean which may contribute to its dryness. I don't know what all contributed to it being dry but it was served cold in the middle It had a sweet barbecue sauce on top didn't seem like a traditional meatloaf service to me. Was also served with fried brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes.

Good food, it was a lil pricey but a very enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was great!

This was our first time visiting OBL. Overall, a very pleasant happy hour dining experience. The tartare was a delicious appetizer. We tried the Fish Tacos and the Smothered Burger as our entrees. Service was consistent and the atmosphere was great! Worth a try if you're in the area.

Went to this place because we got a gift card from our real estate agent. It was a fun experience. Went during a week day and it was super busy but were seated immediately since we had a reservation. We ordered a lot of food lol. The shrimp was amazing. We actually ordered 2 plates. Lol. We got ribs, salmon and burgers for the kids. The dessert was amazing too. Definitely recommend this place to anyone

Excellent restaurant with outstanding staff. However, I am disappointed in the removal of their traditional rolled enchiladas. I don’t recommend the stacked version they now sell. I also miss their excellent cobb salad. Otherwise, an outstanding choice which I highly recommended.

Definitely has a bar focus, but food was really great and well cooked. The New York Strip steak was cooked perfectly and delicious. Mashed potatoes nicely garlic flavored without a ton of butter. The Green Chile Linguine had a great flavor, but pasta was unfortunately over cooked and somewhat bland. Chicken was very tender and nicely flavored. Would go back to try the other Southwest options. The dessert menu looked delicious. We ended up getting the cheesecake, but it was frozen solid. Took it home and it was delicious when it finally defrosted.

We had reservations so we were sat immediately even though it was crowded and the service was great. The balsamic basil OBL chips were very crunchy, tasted very homemade, great texture. Diablo eggs were good, not spicy. The fried avocado was a halved avo, tasted good but not a very shareable appetizer. The Mac n cheese was really good, love that they offer it as a side option too (upcharge) but the chicken on top was covered in yummy pesto but a little bit unevenly cooked. The prime rib was very tender (medium rare) and mashed potatoes were fine. The fries are flavorless though, and not a great texture. Ribs were huge portions and delicious. The fish and chips, fish was good but again the fries were nothing special.
