I'm sure the food is delicious. But my experience is the issue. I went to the store around 5:19pm. They close at 6 so I figured I'd have some time to look around. The moment I walk in, the lady says hi.. cool. I start looking around at the desserts. 15 seconds later the same.lady comes around the counter and rushes me because she has to deliver a cake somewhere. I just said I'm good and walked. No way will I give my hard earned money to a business with such rude customer service. There was a proper way to inform me that you are on a tight schedule. I'm a teacher so I would understand. But that attitude lost a customer. That's bad, cause I rarely write reviews..

We came in late when they were busy with a large order, and the owner politely and quickly served us. The coffee was fantastic and the cakes even better.

Wow! We just used this bakery for a special order birthday cake for my mom’s 90th birthday. We ordered a chocolate cake with fresh raspberries as a layer and a not too sweet icing. Osaka’s hit this out of the park!! Every single person at this party raved about how delicious this cake was! Easily the best cake I’ve ever bought. The cake had like 10 layers of super moist cake with a fine soft crumb. The chocolate flavor was good and not too intense, fresh raspberries complemented the cake and the icing was so light and not overly sweet, just as we had hoped. This is the only place I will order from now on

This is best place for cakes, pastries, pierogies and much more. I'm so happy I was able to find in US European style food. I love everything about this place, all homemade hight quality foods. But recently I bought their chicken with black truffle salami. Now it's my favorite!!! Today I came to buy a second one, because last one we finished in couple of days...me and my husband love it! Thank you guys for working hard and making best European food in this area.

Delicious cakes and salmon with bagels. This is a picture of the napoleon cake i took home with me after a verifying bite. Also went in one day for take out lunch and had a huge lunch of ukrainian meat and potatoes with borsch soup and it was excellent.
