Okinawa | Sushi & Asian Bistro LLC - Japanese restaurant in Billings - 1414 Main St, USA

Up in the heights I was looking for some lunch sushi and happened to be a block away from this spot. Reviews were decent so I thought I’d give it a try. I sat down and was greeted immediately and was informed I could bring my own beer in which was nice, I then proceeded to order. I chose two deep fried rolls as those are my favorite. They came pretty quickly, but as I waited I looked around the sushi bar area where I sat and noticed some absolutely heinous looking things. First of all the tins where they were getting the sushi wraps from were so gross ( will include picture) I noticed counters weren’t wiped off, there was a massive amount of clutter and the view into the kitchen made me nervous as you could tell it want sanitary. I got my food and the ginger was discolored like it had sat out and the sushi rolls made my stomach sick for two days. I then waited 15 minutes after I was done to pay and I was one of two patrons in the whole place. sadly I won’t go back as it’s not worth the risk. I will include pictures for anyone guessing if they should try their own hand at it.

Just my favorite Sushi place ever! The food is consistently super. Service is prompt; the sushi maker and server is one & the same! The atmosphere is nothing special but it's clean, the prices are very fair and I take my family here. Never disapoints!

Food was sad and very sad in portions, will not go here again. Looks like the food was half eaten wasn't even a full chicken. Salad was withered. Noodles were soggy

I absolutely love their sushi rolls, ramen, and potstickers they are fast, cheap and have phenomenal service definitely the best quality of food I’ve had. This is in my top three favorite restaurants

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this amazing restaurant, and I have to say, it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was comfortable and enjoyable, and their attention to detail was truly impressive. The decor of the restaurant was stylish and modern, with comfortable seating and a great atmosphere. The music was perfectly curated, creating a relaxing and enjoyable vibe that made the entire experience feel incredibly special. But the real star of the show was the food. Every dish was crafted to perfection, with the freshest ingredients and the most incredible flavors. From the appetizers to the entrees to the desserts, everything was absolutely delicious. I was blown away by the creativity and skill of the chefs, and I can honestly say that this was some of the best food I've ever tasted. The service was also excellent, with the staff being attentive and accommodating throughout the entire meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu, and they made great recommendations that really enhanced the experience. I felt like I was being taken care of every step of the way, and it made the entire experience truly unforgettable. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an incredible dining experience. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are all top-notch, and I can't wait to come back and visit again soon. This is truly a gem of a restaurant, and I feel lucky to have discovered it.

The food is so delicious! The owner does an amazing job and works the floor himself, taking orders and he does such an amazing job! It's always our family dinner night choice!

I was skeptical about eating here but my fiance insisted so we gave it a try. I was extremely disappointed and only ate a couple bites before throwing it away. The food tasted like it wasn't stored at The proper temp(below 41°) and the place was dirty and you could just tell they don't really care, which tells me they don't care about standard food quality either. Will never go back and I suggest anyone else steer clear as well.

Okinawa is a very quiet and comfortable place. I got the Volcano Roll, Tiger Roll, and Crunchy California Roll and all 3 made my happy sushi heart melt. They were so delicious! Only thing I wasn't happy about was the floor of the restaurant. It's very sticky. Everyone's shoes audibly was sticking to the floor and it bothered me. But to me the food made it worth it! We will definitely be making this our new date night place!
