This was our go-to coffee shop while staying in Santa Fe. We got hooked on the S'Mores Latte, and they were perfect besides one time when the not-so-happy barista made what she felt like and definitely skipped the marshmallow syrup But even with that, it was awesome. Most people we encountered there were super friendly and helpful.
The secret is out and it's easy to see why. Their brews are super yummy, my fave is the vanilla latte and Hibiscus tea with a pump of raspberry. It was recommended by a barista and has been my favorite ever since.
We didnt have to wait long to order or to recieve our drinks. I ordered a decaf iced hazelnut latte and my husband ordered a decaf Columbian dark roast coffee. He thought his dark roast was too dark, however I was pleased with the taste of my iced latte. He also ordered a pecan roll which was delicious. It had tons of pecans on top and a light and fluffy sweet bun. Music wasn't too loud in the building and you don't have to wait long in line either because they turn the drinks out quickly. If we lived nearby, we'd be back.
I didn’t give five stars just because the black bean burrito was tiny for $4.50. It was more like a $2 burrito. I also ordered a bacon egg cheese burrito and the flavor was good… needed a little kick of salsa with it. I ordered a white chocolate caramel breve with an extra shot and I didn’t taste very much of the white chocolate or the caramel but the cream and espresso flavors were nice.
Wonderful quality. Excellent flavor. The only craw-sticking aspect is O'Hori's tip recommendations STARTING at 20% and graduating at 5% increases to 30%. This, when one stands at a counter to order and returns to a counter to pick up the purchase. Like a grocery store. Tipping 15% is standard for an attentive wait person who brings water, takes drink orders and transports them, takes food orders and delivers those to a space prepared for dining, maybe fetches ketchup or other condiments, handles the dessert indulges after clearing the earlier course dishes, perhaps helps tidy up an accidental spill - - - though one might add extra if over-and-above assistance + a helpful attitude is forthcoming. At O’Hori’s, there is an over-the-top play on customer guilt and/or fear by presenting a charge slip that suggests egregious tip percentages when one is essentially making a self-service retail purchase. It’s trying by passive suggestion to set an unstated (and thereby manipulative) expectation that somehow a lot more expenditure is required for someone a whole lot less hands-on than a standard waiter.
The best coffee I've ever tasted, hands down. Rich, creamy, full flavor and delicious. Great atmosphere, friendly staff.
Undoubtedly the champion of hot chocolate in Central and Northern NM. Most NM cafés use a milk/half and half base with chocolate powder and whipped cream. These guys are no different, but Ohori's had a stronger depth of flavor, and didn't get watery after the whipped cream layers were finished. Perhaps an unrefined sugar instead of white?
I typically order an Americano with heavy cream. Thankfully they did have the cream but the coffee was very bitter and at 6 dollars for a sixteen ounce cup it is twice what I normally pay for the same thing.

This place is wonderful. Since the brew is jun-style it creates higher alcohol, less acidity, and without the vinegar taste of kombucha while still containing millions of probiotics. With the use of honey, the flavors are all more complex and brighte
