Went here last October and will be back this fall. So beautiful & our dogs love it. Great walking and biking trails too. Pit toilets clean and stocked.
We loved this campground and lake! Nice clean water with beautiful hills and mountains in the background. This small lake is perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing without the loud sounds of big boat motors. You can also swim here unlike most lakes in Colorado. Camp hosts, Renee and Ron, were awesome. We camped at site 12 at the western end and they routinely checked up on us to ensure our needs were met. They gave us a parking pass to use at other locations in the area and some free night crawler bait for fishing. Clean organized campground with pristine vault toilets. My family and I really enjoyed the experience. We will definitely return in the future. While site #12 seemed remote, we had some folks enter/exit the trail through our site a few times.
This was a wonderful camping experience. We were lucky enough to book site 26 last minute when someone else canceled. It is a shared camp site with 28 but we had enough room between our neighbors for it to feel private enough. We set up chairs and hammocks on the water's edge. Also, we were able to launch our kayaks from our site. Ron was a wonderful camp host with a great sense of humor. Campgrounds and bathrooms were clean and all campers respectful. We spent most of the day on the lake or in the hammocks watching the fish jump. We did a night paddle and the stars were amazing. Hardly any mosquitoes when we used our citronella bracelets.
Love this place, but some fokes don't realize the rules around the lake this day and the camp host ?? I'm not sure what they are paid to do around the place, but not like the old days
Sweet spot! Great level tent site! Our dog loves the lake! Clean bathrooms!
What a great place to visit for some day time fishing or overnight camping wonderful location and beautiful setting.
The camp host is very helpful and maintains the area to the highest standard. Clean restroom and water is available. No cell phone reception in camping area. The road can be a little rough in some places. Located about 6 miles from pave Road.
Very nice place and well stocked with fish. Lots of dispersed camping spots very close to Lake. Gets very packed on holiday weekends so my suggestion is to go at other times. It's not a very big lake so it's easy for people to get stacked on top of each other when it's busy, and not everyone practices goos etiquette. I was there for memorial day weekend and it was packed with people fishing. To top it off, 2 women showed up with their dogs and started throwing sticks in the lake for their dogs to retrieve, right in between everyone trying to fish. I've been there lots of times on non holiday weekends though, and it's pretty easy going and plenty of space for fishing.
Great place to do still-water rafting, fishing, and to camp around the lake. Plenty of dirt road options for biking and ATVs.
A true skate shop, from the moment I walked in I knew I was at the right store. Knowledgeable staff you can't go wrong buying your gear here. I love that you have roller skates and support the local movement
You ROCK!!!

Wonderful coffee shop! We stopped in with our 2 kids on the way from crested butte to Denver. They kindly made the kids grilled cheeses (off menu!). Coffee was excellent, and a nice selection of books and toys.
The entire staff is fun and super helpful. Also, if thereâs a shoe you want thatâs not carried, Andrew will order it for you to try on! Excellent range of trail running shoes and fuel - ultra runners work here to give you great advice about shoes

Much better than going to a coffee shop right in down town. Thereâs lots of space to sit and chill or do some work if you need. We were passing through waiting for our truck to be fixed and this was the perfect spot! They are quick and the coffees

This is one of my favorite breakfast/brunch places in town. They have delicious waffles and coffee, and I always love to come with friends. The staff are very friendly and it has a cool modern vibe, with fun, tasty twists on typical brunch meals. Wou
We absolutely loved our stay here. The cabins are beautiful, clean, and smelled good. The bed was so huge and comfy, loved the private hot tub and community area outside the cabin too. It was a perfect romantic getaway for our anniversary. Cannot rec
