Scammers I order 50 business cards and pay in advance, they never call me or email me like that sal rep. Told me to let me know where ready. I stop by the store one day and 6 lazy employees in the store didn't do nothing to help they not even check there order list, worse service, don't do business at this company.

Posted hours are incorrect. Note on the door says they've changed, and obviously they didn't tell Google because I've just watched 10 people walk up to the doors and get turned away. Personally I just drove across town for something that's very important that I needed for work tomorrow morning. So OfficeMax just screwed me several different ways.

Thank you Office Depot for helping me buy my new printer I am totally amazed at my new Printer Canon TR4720 I had a nightmare with my last night printer never again. This Printer was so easy! I did not have to talk to anyone. I just put the Canon Print App on my phone. Googled on line how too It was easily explained. I designed a Birthday cake for my Grand niece and her friend that are coming this next week. I printed beautiful photos on glossy photo paper. No mistakes no redoes! Just amazing perfect prints. Thank you Canon. I love my new Printer Canon TR4720 Thank you for great service at Office Depot! Colors are great!

Took Sticker to be laminated and young man that helped explained it would be best to make a copy then laminate. It cam out perfect! Glad to see excellent customer service from a young person 👏

Our local Salinas Office Depot/Max has friendly, knowledgeable staff who circulate in the store and are always ready to help. I like the huge inventory of great brand name office supplies.

The rep was very helpful in the copy section. She offered services that I didn’t know they offered. Making labels big enough to put on my boxes…

These folks at the Salinas Store of OFFICE MAX sure seem to be on "top of their game" ..... they are very well aware of product availability and are offering the best in "customer service".
