Great Office Supplies Store, they have a wide range of various office products as well as different brands to choose from. Staff is always very friendly and helpful, in my opinion, especially at the printing/faxing stations. A+ Store, in my opinion.

Stood in line for print area. I am white. Actually Hispanic, but I appear white. Literally the only white-looking woman (or person) in the building. I was completely ignored while other customers later in line, behind me, were served. When it was my turn the associate took a phone call, refused to look at me, and would not answer a simple question for 7 minutes. After I'd patiently waited in line for my turn while others that arrived significantly after me were served. There was literally not another customer to be served in the print area before i was addressed. I was ignored until I was the last person in the print area and the associate STILL stayed on the phone and even LEFT THE BUILDING instead of simply asking what I required. I needed a notary. It is advertised they offer notary service. The denied me the service. It's obvious racism exists. I would never have ignored someone of a different color this way. I am apalled.

Had to do print business today at the Douglasville location I needed a lot of patience with my tasks and Jonathan was made my day. He was paced, exceedingly patient, helpful and very professional. Excellent customer service, he was just a gem. Thanks for that hire. He’s a good one. Thanks Jonathan.

All my flyers are trash, not professional printing service. I printed my flyers there twice and trashed those flyers twice. The first time the young guy and the young lady were nice and reprinted them, finally I got what I expected. The second time I ordered online and paid for thick papers (100lb glossy paper) which costs more, but that kind of paper was out of stock. They printed my flyers with lower quality paper (80lb glossy paper). At least I should have received a text or phone call about that. I am a student and just wanted to print them for my school project. As a requirement, the flyers must be at least 135gsm but their papers were thin. I was not happy at all when I saw my flyers but I thought that I would try to use it, did not want to make it big deal, we all make mistake sometime at work. However when I got home, realized that all my flyers were not aligned on both sides after I cut the white margin. It was waste of money and time (almost $2.00/flyer for both sides with glossy paper) to bring trash home. TO THE STAFFS: I HOPE YOU PRINT ONE FIRST AND CHECK IF IT IS OK BEFORE PRINTING MANY OF THEM. THAT WOULD SAVE CUSTOMERS' TIME, MONEY, ALSO SAVE YOUR SUPPLIES, AND THE STORE'S BRAND.

I called about a print order I sent in to make sure it was ready to pick up. I spoke to Jonathan in the print dept. have him my order number multiple times, then he just started working with a customer in store and just left the conversation without warning. After he gets done he comes back to our call. He says “oh they sent your order to the Austell location”. I never received any communication about the store not having the appropriate supplies to print my order or that it was being sent to a store that’s even further away.

I went to print out some documents for work. Paper quality at the printers is absolute garbage. 68 cents a page for paper you can see through. The photo is of one-sided printing, and you can read everything on the page below. I needed to do double-sided but that would be impossible... I got a refund, which the agent was fine doing, so an extra star for service but one star for quality of product. Avoid, go to FedEx Office down the street.

The store in Douglasville Ga is very friendly and polite. They are very knowledgeable about the Printings Counter and the entire store. Always willing to give you their Best 😆
