Amazing computer repair. The computer tech working at 6pm today 4/1/24 was above and beyond in skill and professionalism. The PC technician provided great customer service, provided different options for my repair, was informative, and was respectful and polite. I think this is the some of the best IT customer service I've experienced, and so so so technically skilled and able to communicate everything to me in layman terms. Just great all-around.
Bought a laptop there. Its frozen after 4 word documents. I paid for a package that I was told covered repairs. Brought it in and the guy looked at me like a dear in the headlights. He made me wait a long time then told me I had to call the number because he thinks its a hardware problem. The number isn't helpful at all and is another waste of time. I have an $800 paperweight that totally screwed me because I NEEDED it tomorrow and its frozen. $800 to get someone totally clulessbto waste my time at the counter and told to call a number where I have to create accounts that don't even deal with my issue just sign me up to sell my data to places that can aggravate me even more. Waste of time and money
The copy and print center girls are just awesome. Caysha and Eunice helped us create a book for our new granddaughter. They made great suggestions and were super helpful.
Caysha in the printing department assisted me in my signage print out, she was informative on what material was best for what I was doing, she also accommodated me on an order that I made a mistake on which made my banner much more durable and eye catching. Our Instore experience with the printing center always produces quality products and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful with any product we require! Caysha always delivers quality products and she remembers us and treats us like we are family! Which we feel is very important for business and the management Meagan she is also kind and very caring of all customers needs! However don’t ever do the reviews for the company itself because it says you can earn $2 for up to three times a month! I have been frustrated trying to receive my rewards since November 2023 I haven’t received my $6 in reviews for each month since then! The company seems to always say we have to escalate and I have to wait 3-5 days and I will be contacted and each time nothing! I love our local office max employees however I no longer trust the company itself anymore! The company motto seems to be denial
