OfficeMax - Office supply store in Kenosha - 6820 Green Bay Rd, USA

I stopped in to get some office supplies. I was very excited as I looked before I left if they had what I wanted. I was in there for 15 min and couldn't find what I was looking for so I went back up to the front to ask for help. She said that the website store inventory was wrong so I asked if they had a different color in stock I would compromise as I wanted it bad to finish my project. She said yes and gave me the isle. I said I was already over there looking for awhile and couldn't find them can I get help. She said well I can't leave and left it at that so I told her I would take my business somewhere else since no one could help me and I left. I will never go back there again for poor service and no help. Thanks Office Max for a horrible experience.

Went in looking for a chair and found a large variety of options. Found other office supplies for my home office. Great customer service. Plenty of parking.

Terrible customer service . One person working left people that just needed to quickly check out sitting for 20 mins. While he was a personal shopper . District manager should be at this store at coverage if none available. Printing department had nobody working as well. Impossible to run a big box store with one worker . I see from most recent reviews seems to be a trend at this location for poor results .

Joel was professional and courteous as he helped us print 200 double-sided copies on heavy card stock. He went out of his way and did a great job!!!

There are so many things wrong I don’t even know where to begin. Placed an order and decided to do “curbside pickup.” After waiting for TWENTY minutes (while watching the employee chat up a customer the entire time), I decided to call. I clicked the option for curbside pickup, and listened to hold music for another 5 minutes before hanging up and leaving. Fast forward to today, and against my better judgment, I went inside to grab my order and let them know I was unhappy with my curbside pickup experience. Apparently the employee doesn’t know basic customer service, because instead of apologizing (customer service 101), he BLAMED me and told me “next time you need to park at the curb - they probably didn’t see you.” If only those were the instructions given on the website, which clearly state to PARK IN A SPOT - not illegally at the curb. And after all that, the item I needed to buy was damaged. So the 1 star is for completing the refund without error (which surprised me after everything else!)

OfficeMax is a chain retail store. They sell all types of office and business items. They have desks different styles of file cabinets, office chairs all types of paper products they have all kinds of sports storage bins any type of school supplies and office supplies that you could need. The staff in the store are friendly and very informative they're very knowledgeable. Very willing to help you with any questions that you might have

Very slow cashier, waited 5 minutes for anyone to even show up to check out my order

I had a question and the associate didn’t know. Not a problem, and he called the manager Girardo who fixed it in short order. Both were polite and I appreciate their caring about me as a customer. It’s not that hard, but it’s sadly lacking. Very satisfied customer!
