Expensive and they don't show up. We had a service contract though them., and 8 cents per page seems high when you're already being charged a monthly fee. It wouldn't be so bad if they were full service, but unless something is actually broken, they just send us the instructions on how to do everything. The copier we got from them has run like a champ for a long time though, so they carry good product. I just have been underwhelmed by their value as a service company when I am doing the basic servicing myself. I should add that the service contract did include toner, to be fair.

We have been long time customers of Turk's and now Office 1 Bakersfield. Office 1 Bakersfield has always treated our company with respect and has always responded promptly and efficiently to any and all service calls. We definitely recommend.

Turk's Kern Copy, Inc. is not a "commercial printer". They sell and service copy machines, fax machines and printers. They also sell toner for printers and copiers. They don't make copies, send faxes or do any printing jobs. The two negative reviewers are mistaken. 100%

Was told they dont do faxing service which is odd starring at the five fax machines in the back. The building also says fax copies and printing😲 please dont wate your time! Very rude and un professional people!

Great knowledge of product. Was able to help and solve all problems. Never have an issue with any of the techs. Great service. Will highly recommend.

I said it was a printer place but it self copy machines and printing material there were very nice and helpful and even copied a few papers for me cuz it's called me what they have to look children thank you ladies

Mark got here to the office, new exactly what to do he had it fixed really quick showed me what was wrong and got us up and running again.
