If I could give this company a minus - 5 review I would. In my experience with them, they have exhibited an almost impossibly low level of customer service, communication, helpfulness and honesty after making the sale to me. We got a copier from them in 2018 on a 36 month term. At the end of the term, they offered to extend on a month-to-month basis, which I recently discovered was an untrue representation. For the last month I have been trying to get them to retrieve the copier, as we are relocating and no longer need it for our new remote-work business model, and have been met with resistance, excuses, dishonesty and only a single phone call telling me I had to pay 3 additional months, return the machine myself, blaming Wells Fargo for the added expense, and denying any responsibility for anything related to the copier's return. Luckily I had the original contract, which stipulated they were responsible for both picking up the copier as well as destroying the hard drive, both of which I paid extra for upfront. I sent the original contract to them, after which no one will take or return my calls, emails and texts. As I am vacating my office in a week, it is becoming more and more imperative for them to take responsibility and action to retrieve the machine. Alas, no one is responding, taking responsibility or even reaching out to me discuss how to best resolve this matter. These people are in for the quick sale, with no follow-up, no customer service and a general disdain for solving customers' problems once the sale is made. BEWARE this group, as I'd guess their culture of ineptness and disdain-after-the-sale extends across all their services, not just their copy machine business. Go ANYWHERE else but Office1 for any of the important business services they offer for your business, unless you prefer calculated ineptness, dishonesty, headaches, wasting hours and hours trying to resolve any issues, plus their utter lack of follow-through after the sale. All of which borders on malfeasance, at least in my very humble opinion.
We leased copiers with Office 1 for several years now. Their service is an email away. It's fast and professional. We are very happy with the service.

Our company does a lot of marketing, with marketing comes a whole lot of printing. Office1 takes great care of us every single time we need them. Fast and efficient service calls. Never had an issue getting problems fixed. They are a big part of what keeps our company going.
We are very happy with Office One for the service they do on our printers. They are always very quick to get back with us and solve any problems that have come up. Art has been great. He's good about explaining what happened with the printer, and giving tips for keeping it running in top shape. He is the "Gandalf-Wizard" of printers! Recently Elmer came out and he too is always great and very professional. He really knows his stuff! I don't write a lot of reviews in general but this one is very heartfelt. Thank you guys!
