Stopped in for a 3 ring binder and some printer/copier paper. The store was busy. Lots of options to choose from for both things that I was looking for. The store was clean and tidy. The staff checking me out were kind and courteous. It was a good experience.

KAYLA at the Wauwatosa (W. Burleigh St. ) location was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding the best way to do A LOT of laminating on a teacher’s out of pocket budget; we do not get reimbursed from our school and/or district. She was also able to apply an additional in store coupon that worked on this service.

The store on Burleigh in Wauwatosa, WI is outstanding! Neat as a pin, exceptional people with friendly and helpful knowledge, and a great understanding of their discount program and how it works. I signed up & saved money right away, and left with a smile. Try it for yourself, you will too!

I've consistently returned to Office Depot, mainly because of the exceptional service provided by Ms. Ronetta. Her dedication is a breath of fresh air amidst some challenges at this location. While the shelves are often empty and out of stock, Ms. Ronetta's positivity and helpfulness make up for it. Today, we visited for paper, but unfortunately, three out of five options were unavailable. As it's back-to-school season, I expected better availability even for non-traditional school supplies. Despite this, the city location remains my go-to for same-day pickups. Their order accuracy and quick service are noteworthy. Overall, the excellent customer service from Ms. Ronetta and the efficiency of same-day pickups keep me coming back to this Office Depot. It would be great if the stock issues could be addressed to further enhance the shopping experience. Keep up the good work!

I can’t rave enough about this location and the service I received from Kayla H-S multiple times now. Not only was I emotionally a wreck and disturbed having to do personalized prints for the unfortunate passing of my mother and later on my spouses father but Kayla made everything so simple and helped more than she actually knew. Super shout out and kudos for her customer service skills and above par attention to detail. She is a gem and anyone who needs print wrk done will most def will have her as the TOP recommendation. I shared my delight with management at the store but I don’t feel like that was enough. To the owners and board, please if you can take a minute to appreciate and recognize you can’t pay for service like this. It’s genuinely in her. THANKYOU!!!!

I really enjoyed being greeted happily by the front end manager when I walked in the get some pens today! Ali was also very conscientious in her careful use of the register in addition to asking me if I’d like to receive a membership discount. I also selected pens from a brand called “Zebra” that invests in protecting endangered animals. I recommend these writing utensils to anyone who enjoys using fine tip pens!

I've used OD for over 20 years for teaching supplies. As well as for my own children. They never disappoint.
