Office Depot - Office supply store in Temple City - 5533 Rosemead Blvd, USA

A local business owner visited the store to purchase DYMO labels, as it is the only store that offers a variety. On March 6th, the manager, Mike Lee, displayed unprofessional behavior by being rude, yelling, and exhibiting discriminatory actions towards me. Such management practices hinder the growth of companies.

Daniel in the print department was very customer friendly. He had great patience and was able to assist me with a cheerful attitude even though they were under staffed.

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with a purchase of a TI-84 Plus CE calculator. I bought this calculator 6 days ago, excited about its capabilities for my needs. However, it was a disappointment from the start as it remained unused until yesterday when I discovered that it does not work and cannot be charged. Hoping for a quick resolution, I brought the calculator back to the Temple City store, expecting understanding and assistance. Unfortunately, the response was far from helpful. I was bluntly told that I could not return the item. The situation escalated when I mentioned that Amazon allows returns for such issues. Upon hearing this, a staff member named Michael began to yell at me. This response was not only unprofessional but also left me feeling belittled and disrespected. It was a terrible experience that highlighted a lack of customer service and empathy from the store's staff. Such behavior is unacceptable and has significantly impacted my view of their business. I had hoped for a simple solution to a straightforward problem, but instead, I was met with hostility and refusal to help. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I am compelled to share it to caution others about the potential service pitfalls at this location.

I used the curbside pick up option for the first time and had a really great experience. An associate from the store called me when my order was ready and I drove up right in front of the store and an associate loaded my items directly into my car for me. I had ordered two office chairs and there was also an option to have the chairs pre assembled at the store, which I really appreciated. I thought it was well worth the additional cost, and I like that the store associate loaded my car for me as the chairs were somewhat heavy. I got the chairs on sale and got a great price, I am very happy with my purchase.

Team there did an amazing job given my short timeframe and requests. Rosie the manager was amazing and handled the small concern I had in an extremely professional manner! Definitely coming here instead of FedEx center I used to go to. Staff was great, especially Vanessa!

I went into the store today to get an Epson printer and in their advertisement online it shows that it’s on sale for about 160 some dollars or I even think it’s less. Found where the sale sign was on where it all of the printers were grab mine and was charged $267. Apparently it wasn’t on sale, although the sign was under all the printers that wrrr advertised , and once the same number system was there except for the back number and when you got to the register even the register guy was confused because he even noticed that there was no discretion until the second guy came, and then there was a discretion in the number system, but none that you could see as a regular customer. He said it was the wrong one, but couldn’t prove which is a sale item, so Office Depot please change your advertisements they’re false no one can help you find the right sale one. It’s just a “nope sorry “which is unacceptable when you’re driving from a way out and you already have a busy day.

I have to support this business otherwise there would be less and less retail stores in Temple City. It's empty most of the time, even if they do have a lot of items in stock. Staff are friendly. Pay a fee to have the furniture and office chairs put together.

Office Depot stores have excellent products with great prices. They also have many kind of products to choose from. The staff are all friendly, the stores are clean with bright lights, and the parking lots are spacious. Thank You "Office Depot" for the great shopping experience I have in the past 15 years!
