I wanted to try out the print/copy service. Simple project. B/W copy on plain white paper front and back with a single fold. Something if I had access to copier, could be done in about 30 min. I am willing to even take them unfolded but since it was an option, I selected it. I was quoted next day turn around so I thought I would call the store to inquire about the job cue and inquire with the associate whether it was possible to get the job in a few hours or next day just earlier so I could travel. Rude associate took the call said they could not guarantee or quote a time and if I wanted same day I needed the order in by 2pm. It's 3 pm and since I've never used the service before I didn't know that. I explained my printing need and asked the question of whether it could be done. I got a rude toned response back that basically conveyed "don't even think about sending it" I'm going to use Fed/Ex Print/Copy instead and won't be trying that again.

I always have a wonderful shopping experience at this location. I’m always greeted by a customer service representative and offered assistance. The store is always clean and organized.

Went to get one copy made and was told I had to make a appointment even though they were just setting there playing on there phones. Really ??

Gonzales Louisiana Office Depot staff very fast, very helpful, very nice and polite, completed 218pagesXs 2copies in less than 20 min. This was Sunday 10/30/22 at 2pm not a lot of people in the store so times may very for high traffic times. The staff is awesome

My laptop computer quit working. The charging cord had been getting hot so I thought it was perhaps that. First visit for a generic cord with many tips did not work. Returned with that product and my laptop and old cord. Very friendly associate helped me to find another one that had 2 tips but one did fit. Purchased it and he helped me to try to get my laptop running. It worked. Do love my DVD drive in the older laptops. It was a little expensive but the service was full 10. Needed caffeine but they do not carry Dr. Pepper in the cold cooler. Thank you so much..

I visit this location often for work and have found it to be exceptional. The selection is broad, the service is above board, and the prices are competitive. The one draw back is the little old lady who is usually at the check out register during the day - she is inordinately slow. She's very polite, but if there's more than two people in line, you'll be there for the better part of 10 minutes. Overall, this is a great store with a very convenient location.

I didn't realize that the item I wanted was for delivery only. The staff and manager went way beyond the call of duty to get me the products I needed. Really exceptional service.
