Missed delivery when they were 99.9% sure they would be delivered. Having a meeting with no chairs is rather difficult but we will work around that and I understand issues happen. It’s the level of customer service that shocked me to be honest. They just don’t care! Honestly sad. 😢. I’ll go buy random chairs that I can get and we’ll make it work. Thanks for all your help during this ordering and delivery process. That was sarcasm if you didn’t catch it. When I do finally get the chairs I’m returning all of them.

I ordered pictures for the purpose of a memorial service and when I went to pick them up, they were nothing like I expected. The quality of the glossy looked like matte. In addition, the dimensions that I ordered were not correct. All of this was done online. If they were not able to do it properly I would have appreciated a phone call notifying me that there was a problem with my order before I drove 15 miles because the KC Main Street location OfficeMax Depot store was closed, yet their website says that it is open as I type this review. Very sloppy and disappointing work.

The manager Ben really knows what he's doing. Been to hundreds of Office Depot print centers over the years. This place has the best customer service I've very gotten from an Office Depot. Like out of hundreds I've neve felt compelled to leave a positive review.

Since I arrived today july 30 at 2:03 pm the girl at the printing counter gave me the nastiest attitude she screamed at me it was illegal to make/print a copy of a temp tag and to call corporate Which i did and upon calling corporate headquarters they said it was NOT ILLEGAL they are just a bunch of lazy racist people , They took the time to call bluesprings to ask them not to make a copy of a temp tag which they did , and as if what i wanted printed was illegal, i have been using their services for years for the same purpose when i don't feel like driving 30 mins to my office just to get a something printed they have the nastiest most discriminating and disgusting people in there the so called manager was giving me nasty eyes and face I assume getting copies of legal documents like birth certificates SS#s must be illegal they are just lazy making up excuses not to work . This people is miserable

Very helpful employees, that is appreciated. Good selection of office furniture and other office products. The store was clean, well-lit, with nice wide aisles and well-marked prices on items.

The salesperson I had was very helpful. She went above and beyond. I will continue to patronize Lees Summit Office Depot because of her. Customer service makes all the difference in where I shop.

In the Lee's Summit location and before the Main Street location closed I always left satisfied with my office furniture, business supplies, school supplies, and the staff are ALWAYS solution driven, positive, and knowledgeable.

McKenna in the printing department was very helpful in printing out my son's celebration of life flyers. Mckenna was kind, knowledgeable, and professional.
