Looking for our ink jet printer with so many inks on shelves decided to ask for help with the store manager he confirmed we would have products shipped to our house and as we received our products and try the out we noticed we received the wrong items. We had to go back to the store and return them, and go a different route. I don’t understand how can a store manager/supervisor be at a position where he doesn’t know what’s right from wrong we are the clients they are the pros. Customer service in the state of Georgia has been off from what we normally have experienced in other states. Where is the southern sweetness that we are known for. People just seem to work just to get by.
