I had a very good experience in a return process for chairs that I had bought online. I had purchased a couple of chairs online for my office while there was a 60% off sale. However, after receiving the chairs and sitting in them, I immediately discovered there was no lumbar support. After discussing with the operations manager at my local Office Depot, I was able to return my chairs with no hassle. Great customer service!

They have added a new service. You can email docs to be printed directly to the copier without having to wait for the full service print shop staff to be free. Miss the human touch, but it saved me soo much time.
