Horrible customer service. I arrived to do a copy and laminate a document and it took over 40 minutes just for someone to help me, mind you there was only 1 person ahead of me. During all this wait time there were 2 extra employees in the department and neither one of them took the time to acknowledge me or anyone else who was in line. This is extremely disrespectful, I work with customer service and I'm aware of problems we can encounter along the way, but the least they could've done was acknowledge me. For obvious reasons I will not be coming back to this joke of a location and if you value your time I don't suggest that you do either.
