September 2, 2024 Dear Office Depot, Yesterday I went into Office Depot with 2 small cards. The first time they were printed, they were perfect, so I ordered a second set of 100. The second set is stretched, it’s off center & the QRcode is cut off. The salesperson agreed there was an issue & offered to reprint. He took & kept both samples. When I went back today the cards still are stretched - but QRcode is legible. The same sales person - this time accused me of giving him the wrong sample. He lost both samples AND charged me for the cards! I’ve been double charged for prints that are not right. At this point I want to have my samples returned to me & reimbursed for both sets the cards. If I did make a mistake in ordering the time to discuss that is when the order is placed. I trusted Office Depot with this print, it has my granddaughter & I don’t want her picture just floating around. I’ve asked them to please find the print I entrusted them with & return it to me.
The people that work in the printing department are especially awesome! Always willing to help and save me money anyway. I've never had an issue with anyone there, everyone is always so very helpful! Thank you! #ActivateWithDara
Really organized, easy to find what I was looking for, and Charlotte was a BIG help and a cheerful person to help me out! What I love about this particular Office Depot is the sheer size and number of choices. It's amply supplied with every highlighter, notebook, and post-it etc. known to man (Can you tell I love office supplies?!). My happy place is wandering the aisles and checking out the current deals.
I travel across town to use the photo and copy center at this location because the staff provides exceptional service. I am always kindly greeted, receive fast and courteous service, their willingness to help me with projects and personal design have made my life easier both personally and professionally.
Great place to purchase your home, school and office supplies. The Staff is friendly and always helpful. They are a well stocked store.
I appreciated the personal service I received at Office Depot, helping me find the correct type of paper I needed, and got help loading the heavy box into my car. I was happy with the sale price and with the service.
I went in today to print a rough draft of my resume. I didn’t have to wait and was helped instantly. Mark at the print center went above and beyond to help me out. Literally the best customer service I seen in years. So much so I had to write this review. I most definitely will go back to print my final copies on fancy paper. I highly recommend this particular Office Depot!
We had an order we needed printed same day and the wonderful gentleman that helped us (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) made it happen and even faster than he quoted us. Additionally, when we went to pick it up, the lovely lady who helped was also incredibly kind and helpful, (I feel so bad because I can’t remember her name either). We will definitely be going back for any other print and copy needs we will have.
Loved my stretch with Justice today. She was able to identify all of my tight areas and customize the session for my exact needs. I left feeling better than I have in months. Thank you!
