I ordered 24" x 18" double sided yard signs for real estate. I used their online design program & placed the order. The signs included arrows in the design to direct a person to a particular direction. The program is very clear that you proof your order before you approve it. I have no problem with that. However, the program doesn't show you both sides of the signs (to make sure the arrows are pointing in the same direction on both sides) so I assumed that the person printing things out at the store would call me to confirm, if they thought the way I placed the order wasn't going to give me the desired end result. I was wrong to make that assumption. I was in a hurry on Friday when I picked the order up and didn't catch the error. So I came into the store today to see what could be done to correct one side of the sign. I found the General Mgr. & briefly told him the situation. He started telling the young lady in the print area what to do to correct this problem & she immediately said "I printed the order the way she submitted it." I tried to explain that I wasn't able to see what the flip side of the sign looked like (on their program design) so I didn't know that the arrows weren't going in the same direction on both sides of the sign." She dug her feet in & said it was my fault. She offered a $30 off a $125 purchase to use to correct the problem but I had already spent almost $200 for 5 yard signs (I needed them asap) so I wasn't excited about spending more money especially when she didn't want to hear that I wasn't able to see what the other side of the sign looked like. So I turned back to the GM & said "are you guys going to make this right?" & then the young lady answered "they can but it will cost more money". I'm very disappointed in their customer service today. I have been printing things at this store for 15 years but that stops today. From this point forward, I will not buy or print out anything else at this store.

Office Depot printing department really came through. I had them print a program for me. They did it ahead if schedule and it was perfect. Unfortunately, I had left an error on the program. They quickly re-printed a corrected program and really saved the day. Thank you Office Depot.

Employees knew they store and the whereabouts of items and even looked up specific items for a store update on Google Good job and great location Rachael is an essential part of the Print dept a big help and knows her area.

I had to drag myself out of Office Depot today with only a clipboard! You talk about a bunch of selections of clipboards, it was hard for me to decide what I wanted! And then when I got to looking around the store, they have all kinds of stuff I want! But this was what I needed!

3 MAY 2024 ... DESPITE PROMISES, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND! I would give a negative if possible. I signed up for "Business Select" and canceled within the trial period. I was assured no funds would be withdrawn from my bank account. $49 WAS withdrawn on 16 APR 24. Spoke with manager on 16th and again on the 19th. On the 16th, I was told the refund would take 24-48 hours. On the 19th, I was told by the store manager, I would have to contact corporate. Corporate told me they could not find proof they took the $49; it would take 10-15 business days for them to investigate. Called corporate on 30 APR; told they will "start investigation" (again?) and that it would take an additional 15-17 business days! Customer Service rep (Nicole - 1020629) hung up on me! Called back. I was offered "Reward Points" in lieu of the $49! Was informed I'll receive an email within 24 hours. I have my bank statement as proof of the withdraw.

Love this location and Rachael is just the best went out of her way to help me create a flyer for our Company I just love it!

As a business owner, it sad we have our employee sitting on hold with Best Buy to pick up there phone for 15 min to getting a message asking to leave a message not one not twice but 3 time. ARE WE SERIOUS!!!!

Kevin! He is your guy for printing, binding, and shipping needs. He is incredibly efficient and a definite multitasker! He knew the answer to every quotation I had including discounts, account info, and current and past store policies. Amazing associate, hard working, and positive. Thank you Kevin!!
