Print jobs get done right. This location is extremely convenient when you are in the Beacon Hill/Central District of Seattle. It’s almost a secret, but it well known one because the stuff is incredibly helpful. I’m always greeted when I walk into the store and on this particular day, I actually had a very significant print order to place. I had some questions that needed answering in person, and I was able to get the assistance. I needed to discuss the card stock, quality, the color combination — all questions that you need to see via having actual samples printed so you can experience what recipients well when they receive the product — but also timely delivery date and, significantly, I was able to take advantage of the 50% discount for this holiday season print. super appreciative of Philip, the general manager of the store who was very hands-on and making sure that my print order was accurate and fulfilled all my design needs.
The only reason I left a one star is because Rachel from Customer Relations was an absolute super star. I called her in the morning because I had a return that was past return date. The gentlemen at the Lakewood location was super helpful and pointed me to the corporate number I needed to get my return accepted, it was a never opened package my business ended up not needing. Rachel informed that she would process the return for me all I would need to do is drop it off at the 1751 location (where I picked up my package originally), which is why I’m writing this review. I left the return with cashier #1 to figure things out with her management team while I shopped. After I finished shopping and returned to the register Philip the manager and Jordan informed me they would not accept the return and that the return was to be picked up at my place of business, not their location. I assured Phillip and Jordan that that was not correct and that the person on the phone earlier that day had told me explicitly to drop off my return at that location. They sent me away with accepting my return didn’t offer to call and clarify information. When I got in my car, I called back the number from this morning and was lucky enough to get Rachel again , she informed me that just 30 minutes ago someone went into my online return and changed the shipping address to my place of business instead of accepting the item. Rachel went above and beyond to reach out to the store directly to see if she could resolve the situation on my behalf, and the cashier answered the phone but when she tried to get management on the line, they didn’t answer the line disconnected on me and Rachel. So disappointed in this experience, I don’t intend to shop at that location ever again, even though it’s the closest to my place of business. I literally had to rearrange my whole schedule for the next two days in order to get this return a task I was looking forward to getting off my to do list. Again, Rachel is a superstar so is the cashier but the rest of the team at this location were the worst. Also the store is raggedy looking on the outside, in a sketchy part of town and it’s one of the smallest Office Depot I’ve ever seen.
Had to do a rush order for an event and Rodger gave great service and helped make it happen even though it was a really short notice! even offered to grab it from the retail center because the order got automatically sent there cuz it was so big. Great service
I'm not quite sure how this location has so many glowing reviews - maybe I was in on a bad day, maybe the service was better several months ago. I have had, I think, one of my worst experiences at a printing establishment I have EVER had in my life. For starters, quoted times for a simple multi-copy (40 pages) 11 x 17 Black and White print job were upwards of a week when I first arrived. I tried to explain it was a straightforward job, but no dice. They invited me to use the self service. Never had to do that for such a straight forward job, but okay, fair enough. I had questions about the process but the person manning the desk simply left. After I flagged down another employee to ask questions and then returned, the USB connector simply wouldn't work with my external. I waited for what was easily 20-30 minutes for assistance and nobody was around. When a staff member finally came around I was largely ignored until he cleared people that had arrived after I had been there. These are things I can forgive, however. I get it, I've worked service industry work before. What really set me off is this next part: I explained my situation and he explained that yes, it seemed they didn't accept external drives in the self service area. So I asked "Is there anything that can be done? Can I just transfer this onto one of your USB drives to get this job done quickly?" And, bewilderingly, this man looked at me, said "You can BUY a flash drive." and flashed a deep smile at me afterwards. I was furious at the cheek of suggesting I buy a flash drive to complete a project I KNOW they can do quickly, but I composed myself and asked if there was anything else that they could do to help me. But apparently, any thought of helping me complete the process was simply not on the table. I was told that they "MIGHT be able to help me get a print job completed through the normal process, but it wouldn't be done for a full day at least". This simply wouldn't work for me, so I left. I've worked with a variety of print shops in several states, and I have never been so disrespected, ESPECIALLY for such a fundamentally simple job to complete. This experience has soured any chance of me suggesting Office Depot as a viable printing service. If I ever get the chance to return the favor on a massive project, you can bet it won't be through an Office Depot ever again. Period.
If you say you are an authorized shipper be an authorized shipper! A traveler trying to ship 4 small boxes home. Thought this would be a convenient place to ship. I was told it wasn’t possible because the shipping bend was full. A waist of my time!
Needed to print 50 colored front and back copies here and it was a great experience! Amazing service, Aaron and the team were nice and super helpful. If you need printing, I highly recommend this Office Depot.

My wife and I came here by accident. We were both very pleasantly surprised by the taste of real coffee. But the main thing is a pleasant atmosphere, unobtrusive quiet music, a cultured audience and very friendly staff. A small coffee shop with a big
