Lady at the printing counter told me they no longer do emails and I had just done it earlier. I left. And came back later that evening bc I knew the woman from this morning didn't want to deal with printing my items. The Lady on the evening shift took time to help me. I really appreciate her. The older lady from day shift I hope I never have to deal with her again. Just rude.

ASTOUNDING SERVICE AND PRICES! They took the time to know what I needed and I got an amazing deal. They will be patient with you and are friendly.

I apparently was being helped, but the clerk was talking to someone the whole time a co worker. I'm in the print section and was needing to explain what I actually wanted. But after I was ignored and told to walk outside to get my files to send. Instead of connecting to the wifi, they had available. Which I found out afterward. I felt like they didn't want to help me and that's a bad feeling. One that will have me not come back.

Had what I needed. Quick, friendly service. Clean store.

The employees in this store are always friendly and helpful. They have gone the extra mile to ensure that all my purchases and copy needs are met. Very nice place to shop.

I do not like leaving negative reviews. However, I phoned the copy and document center and asked for a price to spiral bind a 65 page document that I had already printed out. “Is it color?“ “Yes, but what difference does it make, I do not need you to print it, only bind it.“ “Well, I have to put it in!“ After a roughly three minute wait, the price came back at $49.25. I just said OK and hung up. The next day I called the UPS store and literally within 45 seconds of having dialed the number, I had a price of $5.50. That’s where I went.
