Office Depot - Office supply store in Pace - 4930 US-90, USA

They have taken the option of sending a pic email in store , now you must go online to order a pic off my phone and pay online while I'm standing in the store so I can't use cash. Getting help they only told me to go online while standing there when I ordered I wanted it same day but was kicked to a future date because I didn't see in store pickup today , like why would they think I wanted 3 weeks down the road I'm literally Standing in the store. Salesperson said delete and start over , ha wasted 30 minutes wasn't going waste anymore time , went to Walmart took 10 minutes printed and in my hand, also paid way less and used cash.

There’s pretty much everything you need right there at Office Depot for all your office supplies needs. They have a nice print shop area too, desk chairs and desks, and oh so much more from paper clips, to desk pads, lamps for desks, computers, printers, ink replacement cartridges, and much much more. My experiences there found excellent staff who were knowledgable about the products in the store and eager to help with your needs. They also could explain technical information to have you find the right office tool for what you were trying to accomplish. Efficient, professional, and courteous, the staff and management are all you could hope for in an office supply company. This is a great place to shop!

The Pace Florida store is awesome !! David is so knowledgeable and helped get me the printer that was just what we needed for home office. The young lady who checked me out remembered me from months ago! Like the hometown feeling!

Everytime ive gone in here no one can be found only person you see is the 1 person in the print center, youre better off ordering online and picking up in store.

Honesty and integrity with a hometown service is what I like in businesses. Being a local business owner and a leader of many local non profits, I like to shop locally, and I stay away from larger companies. But some times you need something quickly. However, at this location one person at the register and no other help to be found, pricing online not the pricing in the store, and they will not match their own pricing. So as with other reviews I just read, this store is so far away from my values, I will be returning to the location only to return the item and buying cheaper at a larger corporate location that at least does no lure you in with false pricing, although other reviews talk and rave about price matching.

No idea what is going on. We put in an order for a printing job that was well over 1000 pages for contracts for work. On Thursday, Sept 12, 4:04pm, we received the email from Office Depot that our order was completed and ready for pickup at the store. I went to the store on Sunday morning to pick everything up but.....Opps, they have no idea where our completed order is. No idea at all. A $200 job for printing paperwork and it's no where to be found. Then, they try to say that the order is properly being shipped to our home. I again show them the email for Office Depot stating that our order is COMPLETE AND READY FOR PICKUP AT THE STORE! A store run by monkeys would better managed. Never again.

The younger generation needs to learn that they are more capable than they realize sending everything out just cuz they don't want to work at it it's not the way America was made we need to utilize skills in house

I went in the store to purchase toner and was shocked by the price. Joey, the general manager, said it was less expensive online and price matched, saving me over $60. Great customer service, great shopping experience. Would definitely recommend this office depot.
