Office Depot - Office supply store in Mt Dora - 17081 US-441, USA

Went to Office Depot 4 minutes before they closed because I needed to print something immediately that was very time sensitive. I was directed to the self service printer area and was there for 15 minutes AFTER close having so much trouble sending my document to the printer. The worker named Jose really really went above and beyond to help me out. I have never appreciated customer service like that before in my life and I am in the customer service business myself. I sincerely hope his boss reads this and gives him a huge reward. Thank you again!!!

Item shows 1 in stock an hour before I arrived at the store, but was out of stock when I arrived? I verified it was available, that’s why I drove to that store. I ended up having to purchase a more expensive model instead since it was late and I was tired looking, not wanting to drive to Altamonte Springs for one showing available in the dependable online system!!!

I went to purchase a combo printer pack (288XL) Epson at this location. The price was $76+ with tax. My husband found it on Amazon for $58, which came from Office Depot. I returned the combo pack to a store in Deltona and found out that they sell it for $64+tax, so this made me quite upset. I feel like the Mount Dora store is price gouging…

Unable to reach anyone at Mt. Dora location. Tried different options without any luck. listed as a TSA Precheck location and wanted to know application hours or is this a mistake.

The print center ladies are friendly and patient. They close at 8 though their signage says 9. ^^^^^ So I left this previous 4 years ago and forgot about it but they still haven't updated their hours because I pulled up at 802 to pick something up. The woman was letting someone out and looked me in the face as she locked the doors. My order was literally 1 printed sheet at the online station. She didn't even try to ask what I needed in case it was something so simple.

They don’t manage lines well and staff do not try to assist, instead insisting on you doing the work. Go elsewhere for printing.

This store is always clean and product availability is always good for what I am purchasing. I can get in and out of the store quickly. The cashier this time informed me about their price matching policy when I questioned why the ink cartridges I was purchasing is cheaper online at Office Depot verses what is posted on their shelf. She encouraged me to always check Office Depot online, Staples, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, or Amazon. I don't recall seeing her name badge, but a big shout out to this young lady working before 9 am on June 5, 2023 as I saved just over $4 by the price match alone.

I forgot that office Depot makes signs. I needed a sign for my business and for out some. Only one day turnaround. Price was low and quality high. Hopefully business with this service won't close because of Amazon.,
