Office Depot - Office supply store in San Pedro - 810 N Western Ave, USA

I bought a print cable for the laser printer on the Office Depot website. I needed it the right way, so I went to the San Pedro location to pick up the cables. When I arrived at the parking lot. They didn't have a curbside pickup sign, so I went inside the store. The store was small, and they kept it clean. I saw a few people were shopping in the store. When I walked into the store. There was a man who greeted me with a smile. And he said, " Can I help you"? He had a kind & friendly voice. I told him that I had come to pick up my printer cable, which I ordered online. He checked the online order for pickup & He found my cables. Anyway, after I paid for the cables, I decided to look around the store. I checked their prices which I compared with other stores. The prices were more expensive than other stores. They had clearance sales on certain items. And, I saw lots of school supplies were on sale for back to school. Anyway, I liked the customer service, but the price was pretty expensive. They had large quantities of products that were delivered to businesses. I could recommend this store to the business owners because they will deliver the products.

The copy and printing department consistently delivers outstanding service. Their attention to detail guarantees high-quality results every time I have been in. The team is not only professional but also approachable, making every interaction a pleasure. I will continue to bring my projects here. Truly a five-star experience!

Office Depot is my go to place for myself & family. There are many teachers in my family & this is the place to get school supplies... on this occasion, I simply needed a letter opener & first place that came to mind was Office depot. I found what I was looking for & the price was wallet friendly. I highly recommend Office Depot

Office Deposit staff at the San Pedro store are very helpful, great you upon entering store and nice. Which is hard to come by nowadays at brick-n-mortar stores. Very appreciative. Low prices great service, can't ask for anything more.

I designed custom Funeral Mass booklets and Office Depot did a fabulous job printing them. The printer folded and stapled them. They were completed within a couple of hours. Great quality service, always. The price was right. I received so many compliments on the booklets. Thank you!

Words aren’t enough to describe how amazing the customer service is at the San Pedro Office Depot location. Specifically their employee Zack. I placed an order for something very heartfelt and from start to finish he truly provided the best customer service I have ever had in person as well as over the phone. The patience he had for me and my order, the effort and willingness to help with such a heart felt project was truly appreciated. I do not live in the area however, I called this location because it is what pulled up instantly on Google. I honestly came to this location because of how great Zack was over the phone alone. It’s very hard to find customer service like that nowadays, and I was truly grateful. Thank you very much Zack from the bottom of my heart you were truly amazing and I can’t thank you enough.

Great store with needed products, along with attentive and helpful associates in all sections. ... Some issues outstanding with failed delivery of printer purchased in Sep 2021 (long and disheartening story kept short here...). This saga continues, as of today, October 4, 2023 (sigh...)
