Emploee Dave was very disrespectful to me ,today May 14th ,around 10:30a.m I visited this location , I did send gmail to print the label and instead of be done with me he made me wait all waiting line but I was first in a line ,copy was ready in a minute and he made me wait till he was done with a few people ,on thia time there was a few extra emloyee and they was just walk around and do nothing .Please check cameras and teach the stuff to be profeasional and respectful with a clients

Printing a holiday letter where the printer required all sorts of adjustments to deliver good-looking results. The Print Shop manager moved heaven and earth to get me the best results possible. I couldn't have done it on my own. Thanks! This is what great service looks like.

My local Office Depot is conveniently located, well-stocked with a good inventory of products I need and use at a fair price with professionally, friendly staff.

They prefer to stock the shelves and do inventory and have no problem watching the customers wait for long periods of time in line. I found Chelsea to be supportive of new team members because she watched him drown and did not offer to assist the new guy with ring up customers. One person was on the register and 3 of the other reps were stocking in areas near the register but would not assist customers.

I wish there was ability to give negative stars. I visited this store in 2021. I needed photos printed from my phone as a gift for my sister. The representative was awesome. I could not have asked for better service. Fast forward to 06/17/2023. I was there for the same reason. My phone doesn't allow me to email, I don't know why. There were four employees in the area, cash register near by. I advised what I wanted and she pointed to the email address and stated to send the pics. I explained my phone doesn't do that. She called another person over, explained the same to him and he asked about alternatives. I asked the initial lady if there were any other options. In a very vile and response, she said no. As I walked away, I told her she was rude. She had no interest in assisting me. After my comment, she proved without a doubt, I was right. In a sarcastic tone she told me to have a nice day, I responded to her the same. As I was passing the cash register, I decided I would contact this store district office and complain. I asked for her name, she walked and refused. She did tell me "to get out HER store". Well, I'm out and will never return I suggest if your looking for piss poor service, this is your kind of place. Office Max should be disappointed but they won't do anything. They will chalk it up to scraping the bottom of the barrel for help. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Office Depot responded: Stores refuse to.make anything simple. They have asked ME to contact them, again There is no reason, nothing can be done. I needed TWO pictures from my phone for my great niece's first birthday party, just two. Well that didn't happen because of a lazy, unfriendly staff member who told me to GET OUT of HER STORE. Again, if you wanted rude service from the employees while having to do it yourself, this is the place to go. However, if you want just one second of quality customer service, go anywhere else.

The staff was freindly, knowledgable and very professional. I would visit this location any time.

The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. They even helped me locate an item that was no longer sold in the store. They truly are the meaning of integrity and service.

They always have the supplies I’m looking for, and their printing team is very nice. Every time I’ve gone in, they’ve been very helpful and quick.
