Leo, the manager, is awesome he helped me with the group on I purchased for axe throwing. Which Group On is so great because. I would've never known about this amazing place. We had so much fun 😁 Leo cleaned the area then gave us instructions on exactly how to,and what not to do. It was our first time and the best time. Suzy helped us at the register also with my order of mountain chips, which was so good. She was so sweet. I really appreciated her she brought it to the table we were at. Then we played some games. We will be returning to this location.

This was our first and last time we come. More than half of the arcade machines had a red message. The games my kids wanted to play unfortunately they were unable to since they had the red error message. Oh when we mentioned to a staff that many games had this message their response was “The technician left for the day” (it was 3 pm). So my guess was the machines would be unavailable for the remainder of the day.

100% recommended. My 2 year old baby was so excited and had a lot of fun jumping and she got a toy prize with the arcade games. Perfect option to kids

We were there for my niece's birthday party and we had great time! The kids were jumping as the adults were having a drink and playing some arcade games. Helping in the party room we had Valeria and Daniela; they were super sweet, they helped with the food, drinks and any request we had. The manager (which I forgot his name, sorry) was great also, there was a machine that took my points but did not have balls so we returned the points to the card. Everything went smooth and the kids had a great time! Its a great venue to host your party, I definitely recommend!

First off I have to say this was first time I've been here since the new renovations and new company "Off The Wall" and it is night and day to what it used to be. Really updated and modern concept with a little bit of everything for all the kids to have fun. Went for my daughters birthday and was checked in by Eli. He was truly great from start to finish and made sure we had everything we needed to have a good experience. Definitely will be back again, the kids had a great time and highly recommend it!!! Appreciate making my daughters birthday a memorable one!

3 weeks ago I came here multiple times with no hassle. Today, Feb 3. I came for the same experience except this time I was told my child had to wear their socks only, parents are not allowed to enter the trampoline area without paying $10 even tho I’m not jumping I’m just going to supervise my own child. Not worth the money! Instead I took my business to urban air which is only a few blacks down the road.

We celebrated my grandson’s birthday party at Off the Wall and it was a great experience. The location is very clean, the area where the children play is well kept and safe, the food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly. We loved the place. Looking forward to the next visit.

The facility and the food are ok, but the staff are simply the worst. Firstly for check-in, there were 3 lines open but 2 for party check-in and only one for individual customers. Even no one for party check-in and the other line was super long, they didn’t care. People went for the party line and got bounced back to the regular one, so it was a mess whether they could get back to their original spot or had to go all the back restart in the line. Secondly, when I ordered my food and asked for a cup of water, the servant said I had to pay for water because the plastic cup was not free! So I said give me a reusable cup, I don’t mind what container as long as you give me water. She still insisted I had to pay. So I walked away and came back with a different person. No question no charge I got my water. Lastly, when my daughters tried to redeem points, the cashier checked the balance and told us we had 120 points. So my daughters asked for one gift for 100 points and one candy for 20 points. She only gave my daughter one gift. And she said she couldn’t give her candy. Both cashiers couldn’t speak fluid English and they didn’t care to explain the reason and just said no you can’t. I I would never go back to this place. Poor trained staff, more importantly don’t care customers.
