This place is a MUST TRY! We made a pit stop here on our way to the beach. When I opened my meal box, I was stunned by how big the tenders were. First bite: amazing, perfectly breaded, and juicy. You can tell the food is halal. Fries are also on point!
Ok - I know what you’re thinking- a place in a gas station getting 5 stars from everyone? What gives? But for what it is - they’re serving up good food made from scratch. It’s deserved. It is rock solid and my new go to for a well made breakfast sandwich.
The guy working the counter is attentive and has a great personality for this type of place and helps make it what it is.
It's a convenience store so ambiance might not apply. But! It a convenience store that stocks unique snacks and has an awesome kitchen that makes some of the best tacos you'll find in Jersey. I tend to get the Al Pastor or steak tacos, damn good. Burritos of the same, Damn good. Had the burger, damn good. The cheesesteak... You get the idea. The food is strong and not just for what the location is. And the capper, the owner normally manning the register, is an absolute dude. He learns knows and takes care of his customers. Such a good guy. Worth a stop.
Off the grill is OFF THE CHAIN. Literally—better than any chain restaurant. Ordered the breakfast burrito (bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, cheese, and I subbed mayo for the ketchup and hot sauce). Coming from San Diego, I can say with confidence and experience that this was one of the best if not THE best breakfast burritos I’ve had in my life. The ingredients were all perfectly cooked and combined. There was no drippy mess, no unnecessary fillings. It was tightly wrapped and made eating it in the car very easy. The tortilla was perfectly grilled and not soggy. The eggs were fluffy yet tidy. We were so impressed that we wanted to come back on our drive but sadly they’re closed on Sundays. I wish I would’ve taken a photo too because the burrito was just so beautiful.
This place is amazing, looks terrifying but 100% legit great food. Best chicken cheesesteak I’ve ever had and the burritos were amazing. The people working there were also very nice and offered free waters and chips with out orders. It was a very short detour and totally worth a stop.
Took a trip to check out a old vw beetle got super hungry on the way. Took a random exit and stumble upon this hole in the wall.
Great place! Food was off the charts. The guys working were super friendly !!!
I'll take a trip just to come here agin!
Got my first introduction to the NJ Burger today. My son has been in NJ for the past 5 months and told me I had to try and it was fantastic! The owner Asim has treated my son like his own. I can't thank him enough and if you want a
wesome tasting food "Off the grill" is definitely worth the stop. I would give them 10 stars if I could...
Headed from NY to DC on 95 and was looking for a quick stop. Saw that this place had a ton of five star reviews and how to try. Got a chopped cheese and two burgers for my family with a side of fries. Everything was fantastic, but have to recommend the chopped cheese. Owner is a stud. Nicest guy around.
A delightful and cozy gem of an ice cream shop in Allentown, NJ. The staff are super welcoming, and they boast an impressive variety of flavors. Highly recommended if you're in town!
I didn't know old Phil, today was my first time there. For lunch I had the beef tacos, they were the best I've ever had. So I figured for dinner I would get the chorizo tacos. I now stand corrected, these are the best tacos I've ever had. Phil's look
