Off the Charts Inn & Out Island Resort - Hotel in St James City - 2938 Sanibel Blvd, USA

Was a beautiful room in a perfect location. We are in the process of rebuilding our home after Ian, so this was a perfect place to stay and relax while we got to visit our neighbors and enjoy the island for the weekend. Everything was perfect. We stayed on the 2nd floor so we had a great view and a screened in porch with so much seating and a hammock chair! Was very clean and I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Trinity was extremely helpful during our recent stay, which we needed to extend a couple of times. The rooms were newly updated and very clean. The location was perfect as we needed to be close to a marina a half mile away. The owners were on the property and very friendly too. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

What a beautiful place on Pine Island especially if you have a boat. A short distance through the old Florida canal brings you out to picnic Island and Sanibel Causeway. Making a right turn will take you to many dotted islands fishing passes and restaurants. The kitchen was fully loaded with any items needed to make yourself at home. The grounds were immaculate, and the people that I met there were wonderful. The boat docks are excellent. Can’t wait to make it back there again I’m excited for St. James City!

The rooms were great. The amenities were great. Close to restaurants. They are on the water with access to the bay and Gulf. We had a large group of 10 people and 5 boats. They found a way to fit us in comfortably and responsive to our needs. They have contactless check in/check out, but because of ongoing repairs after Hurricane Ian, someone was on site at all times. Our group stayed in October 2023. Our group of fishing addicts travel around the state of Florida. We have been at it for the last 25 years. We have been to Pine Island many, many times and stayed at many places. This was one of the best stays we have had as a group.

What a great place to stay if you fishing Pine Island. The rooms were super clean and stocked with everything you need. Beds were soft and towels plentiful. Brand new full size fridge and stove, 2 coffee makers , knives were as sharp as mine at home. Everything you could possibly need was under the kitchen sink. The owner was as helpful and gracious as could be! Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay! The fridge was broken when we got there but they were fast to replace it! We loved that the balcony was screened in so our one year old could enjoy without bugs! They were very fast and accommodating with all of our needs! It was tight parking for the boat trailer! Just a few things we think would improve the place would be fresh water access at every boat slip, electric at every boat slip, and a pool! They are definitely trying their best to recoup after hurricane Ian and we’re happy to help locals try to get back on their feet by giving them our support! We enjoyed our stay and would return in the future!

A great place!! Totally remodeled, super clean with a great staff. Co owner Brad went out of his way to provide everything we needed. |We arrived by boat, and he offered us a ride to Publix if we needed groceries, etc. |The daily manatee sightings made every day. Plus, dolphin feeding was another spectacular sight.

Very nice clean rooms, all new, unique canal in back courtyard. Staff was very helpful and fast to get me a place, Karen was very great also to explain details. I will stay again next time I come through!
