O'Dolly's Lounge and Restaurant - Bar & grill in Louisville - 7800 3rd Street Rd, USA

Food was yummy. Prices are reasonable. Smothered chicken sandwich and coleslaw were fabulous. Coleslaw is not your average coleslaw it's different and I really enjoyed it. Mini sliders, chicken fingers, loaded nachos on the sampler were delicious. Service was great. Pretty busy spot, had to circle once to get a parking spot, it was worth it!

Took a chance looking for a decent burger, was pleasantly surprised! The staff was quick, friendly and colorful, the group that was in the bar was obviously regulars as evidenced by the staff knowing their name. Food was done perfectly, fries were crisp and perfect. Prices were a good value for quantity and quality served. EDIT: Added more photos.

Been here several several times and Been great today was worst experience ever. After ordering a app and drinks took forever to get our garlic that was not cooked all they. Never saw our waitress again after 45 minutes I had to go ask for my bill to leave even though we wanted to order dinner. Not a good experience at all

hate to be this person but i’m a regular here and i can’t keep my mouth shut anymore. we come here a lot because it’s in our neighborhood, the food is good and cheap. but service needs a serious override. i’ve worked in restaurants/restaurant management (still currently) for 11 years. i hate to be a karen, i hate to complain and i *always* tip 20 percent even if service is lousy. you could spit in my face and call me ugly and id still apologize and give you 20 percent. i don’t know if they’re short staffed or what but at night they only ever have one server on the floor and the poor girl is always STRUGGLING and no one is ever helping her, i counted one night and she had more than ten tables to herself, including two big parties, so obviously service is never amazing with her but she’s nice enough and i know she’s trying. this isn’t about her. i went in for brunch this morning - there were 5 people including myself at the bar top and no other tables. i was the only woman and i was by myself. the server/bartender took my order, brought me my drinks and then literally never came over to me again. my food was delivered by the cook - nice guy. they never brought me butter, jelly, syrup, whatever - not a big deal but i waited for maybe 20 minutes for my server to check on me so i could ask for it and she never did. at one point i thought she had walked out or something but then she popped back up and was cutting up with the men at the bar but still never said a word to me, never offered a refill or another drink, literally it was like i wasn’t even there. the other server who came in later was the one who got me what i needed and my check, but for some reason my original server popped right back up when i put my card up and ran the payment, weird she was never anywhere near me until it was time for me to pay. i was so annoyed i didn’t even want to tip her but i tipped 15% anyway because i’m a wuss and i felt genuinely bad being so annoyed with my experience. i’m sure people will read this and roll their eyes, especially people who work at the restaurant - bc i get it, ive been there, i deal with stupid complaints every single day, but i just needed to get this off my chest. o’dolly’s needs to take a serious look at their service, get that poor night server some help, and make sure everyone is treating every customer with the same respect and care as the other. i don’t know if it was assumed i wasn’t worthwhile of good service bc i’m a younger woman, by myself, and dressed like billie eilish but not in a cool way so maybe they didn’t think they’d be making money off of me anyway……. idk but i’d be lying if it didn’t feel like i was being purposely ignored. i get you all are a staple biker bar in the community with a loyal clientele (i am a part of that) and you’ll be making money regardless of what i say, i get that, but i needed to get this off my chest because that was seriously effing ridiculous. i called to say this to a manager but i chickened out bc i do genuinely feel bad everrrrr saying anything negative about service but DO BETTER! please. :) thank you.

Service is scarce. Usually had to go find your server. They definitely need help they have the servers stretched thin the place was busy and only 2 servers definitely could have used another but the server we had was super friendly and polite but busy.

The bartenders were ridiculous tonight. I specifically told them that I had money to spend and they ignored me and my sister. Not only that they were combative and try to fight us when we asked to just have a little bit of attention meaning we wanted food and drinks! Being that we were the only two that did not work there

Stopped at “O” Dolly’s for the first time to try out their food that I’ve heard so much about but after sitting at a table for over 15 minutes and everyone behind the bar just looking at us we left. The waitress’s where more worried about selling the liquor than serving customers that wants to eat. I‘ok take my business to Mark’s from now on. We really wanted to try your establishment out, but guess not because we couldn’t get waited on.

We were looking for an after church meal and decided to check this place out. It was quite disappointing to say the least as the food was not that great. The place is more of a run down bar than restaurant and smells like cigarette smoke throughout. It might be a good spot for the immediate locals, but not for much more than that
