O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar - American restaurant in Elizabethtown - 1629 N Dixie Hwy, USA

Where we were seated, there was a cool breeze like they had the air conditioning on instead of needed heat. The server started out great and then disappeared, we had to ask for the dinner rolls after our food came out one plate at a time, I had my food for about ten minutes before my guest got theirs. The rolls shrunk 😆 they were way tinier than before covid. The person who brought out food was not a happy camper. She frowned a lot. My guest's soup was the loaded potato, and it was cold and disgusting looking and just a big bowl of chemicals. Just a few bits of potato. My pimento cheese sandwich was gross. It was panini grilled with bacon and pickles, YUCK! Temperature hot pimento cheese, in this case, was not good at all. The bacon looked old and tasted like cardboard. No bacon taste at all. However, chicken tortilla soup was delicious! The server disappeared for a long while. She did take the loaded potato soup off of the receipt. Needless to say, my guest left hungry. We couldn't stay any longer when asked if he wanted anything else because our lunch break was about to be over with.

Great deserts and beer. Relaxing environment to sit and watch the football game. Service was a little slow but not bad. Always room for improvement

Really disappointing experience. Asked for a plain cheeseburger, it comes out fully dressed. Tell the MANAGER who brought it out I asked for a plain cheeseburger. She brings me a “new” cheeseburger plain and it was the same one except everything peeled off. The pickle indent was on the cheese. We waited for over an hour for our food when it was not busy. Our waitress was horrible. Bathrooms were disgusting. I hadn’t been inside for a couple of years but always remember it being a nice place to eat with a good vibe and atmosphere, it was the complete opposite today.

Tonight's dinner was not good. The baked potatoes were burnt and appeared to have been sitting for awhile. The cole slaw did not look appealing and did not get condiments with our meals. For the price of the meal, the quality should have been better.

Our bartender TayTay was so amazing and efficient the drinks we ordered were made fast and tasted wonderful. The food surpassed our expectations. The manager i think her name was Felicia came by to check on us was super sweet. The free pie wednesday is back and better than ever!! The rolls are still delicious as always!! Will definitely be making this our go to spot for now on!

Very good ! I love their honey boom boom sauce that goes with the chicken tenders. It is to die for. That Mac and cheese with the tenders is amazing too! The burger was good and it tasted like a steak burger. I did not dine in, but got uber delivery. I will say the first time I was missing sauce that I paid for, and the second time over half my order was missing due to a mix up, but they made it up by hand delivering for me ! The food was warm and presentation was beautiful. They definitely went above and beyond to fix the mess up ,since they typically don’t deliver, but I certainly appreciated it. Shout out for great customer service to their team as well when I call to ask about my Uber orders! They are always friendly.

The perfect spot for the best chicken tenders that money can buy. Their fish and chips is delicious, and you can't beat the bacon double cheeseburger with fries. Really nice, comfortable, family-friendly restaurant.

Went in for dinner everything was good until. My sons fries were nasty and salty. Waitress took too long to come back and check on us. Finally gave me my bill and to go plates. Then she never came back so I could pay. I got up and scanned the barcode by then she saw me and said you can pay with me. I said I got it and left. They may want to get more help or just train them for better customer service. I only went to take my dad but I will not be going back. The worse service I ever received there.
