At 2pm Saturday afternoon, I ordered the 6oz sirloin, chicken fingers with sweet mashed potatoes. It was the WORST steak I've ever had, the flavor was so horrible, I only ate half. I've had cubesteak with more flavor. I ordered it medium rare, and it came almost well done with barely any pink in it. The chicken tenders were the best part of the meal. My wife's mac-n-cheese was dry, but she liked her margarita. My daughter liked the baby back ribs, coleslaw, and smashed potatoes. Tge food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I was hoping the negative reviews were a one-time thing or extra picky people, but im not very picky, I just notice the details. Overall, I was quite disappointed for $100+ meal.

Called in an order and was verified. When I arrived, I was told they no longer sold chicken pot pie. Had to re-order and sat down to wait. While waiting, I asked for a cup of water. I was charged $2.99 for a cup of water. This is ridiculous because I did place an order for food! I'll never order pickup from here again and especially water!

Yeast rolls were great. I did one of their burgers. Great concept, but horrible delivery. Service was great and her waitress could not have done a better job. However, the burger itself tasted like it had been sitting in water for hours. No flavor and super greasy. I should have just went for the rolls! Lol

Don’t come here if you’re wanting good food and a good atmosphere. Came here for dinner and was severely disappointed. We ordered the steak and tenders with fries and Mac and cheese. We had to remind the server that we were missing our tenders, and when they did come out they were old and greasy. The fries were dismal and the steak was gross. When I requested new tenders and fries (this is a $20 plate mind you) the server said “you don’t like them?”. The food was taken back and “fresh” ones were brought out. Honestly, I’m not too convinced that we got new food. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Take your family and money elsewhere.

Everything was phenomenal. The steak was cooked to perfection. My ribs had so much flavor and fell off the bone. I travel for work and I shut down the Simpsonville and Hendersonville locations. This was is so good I hope it's not lost as well. This place was amazing tonight!! Our food was Togo but it was still so good. We had a couple of drinks while we waited. Such a pleasant experience

Food was good, just a little cold. Maybe set too long before being brought to the table. Waitress was super friendly and seemed attentive. The hostess station had a lot of the employees standing around and talking and laughing... which was annoying since we were seated right there near them. Also, seemed like every employee there was a high school student...which is fine if they are working and not cutting up. I would revisit this location...but it won't be anytime soon.

My husband ordered the country style steak , we waited for 45 minutes, and when our food came out ,I just wanted to cry. This country style steak was a frozen hamburger patty (freezer burnt) ,it was so thin ,it only had one side. I ordered the Patty Melt , (same frozen patties that was on my husband's plate ) in my past experience of Patty melts they come on Texas toast , this looked like a hotdog bun ,anyways.. Our server Kim ,she was great , look, I understand she's not the cook, it's nothing bad on her part .. Just a bad experience. I almost forgot, those little rolls they bring out , they were raw in the middle, gross..

Chicken tenders were good! The 6 ounce sirloin was ok. It tasted fake or off. I didn't eat it. Asparagus was very good! The pies are a sweet gesture. They are free on Wed.
