Excellent service and delicious food! Loved the hamburger and chicken tender special! Got to enjoy a family birthday today and the waitress was very helpful and friendly taking care of us. Definitely will return!
The food was just ok (average). But it was modestly priced so I guess that is what's to be expected. The atmosphere was fairly ordinary nothing special. With that said the service was excellent and the food came out pretty quickly. All in all if you want a quick cheap all American place to eat. Then you'll be satisfied for sure.
I am giving a 4 star review because of the absolutely amazing manager Leah. We had a less than stellar experience with our food and service and she not only agreed with us, but she definitely made it right. We offered to pay for the parts of the meal that were okay and she completely took care of us. She is the embodiment of a customer service manager and I would give them another chance in the daytime vs. nighttime.
Our waitress was very attentive and my fish was nice and crunchy! I asked for a to-go drink, but I forgot it and it was cleared away at the table. I met our waitress on the way backnin and she made me a fresh one. Excellent service
A great sit down restaurant with a simple menu of salads, chicken tenders, burgers, etc. We were seated right away and greeted within a few minutes. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. She refilled our drinks and delivered our food within a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant was clean and the menu items were fairly priced. We will definitely be back for another visit!
Great dinner tonight at O’charley’s. Fish was on point and the chicken nachos were delish. Also highly recommend the Tito’s strawberry lemonade. Zach took great care of us, excellent service and super nice. Will definitely be back.
When we first walked in we stood there waiting for someone to come to the front...to be seated. After about a minute or 2...the manager came and told us someone would be here in a minute. Place was not busy so we were starting to loose faith. After we got seated things got better. Our waitress was fantastic and took care of us. I ordered the seafood platter and my wife ordered the crispy pecan chicken salad. My order seemed a bit small on the fish filets as I was expecting something much larger than what I recieved...the filets were about 3" long by 2" wide. The food for both of us tasted great and was prepared well... So I was a tad underwhelmed on the platter size. Going back and looking at the picture they show on their menu...I definitely would say I got maybe 30% of what the picture shows.
Great service! Great food! My family and I went to another restaurant in Turkey creek but the manager actually told us they were not seating anymore people due to staffing so we came here and got immediately seated and got our food within 15 mins or less. Amazing service! I believe his name was Ken on Kevin.
