We had a wonderful dinner! Sheila was our server and we absolutely loved her! She took her time answering questions and was so nice! Especially with our boy’s. Thank you for being an awesome human. Also, thank you to the staff that sat us to help her teammates even though she was off the clock. I love the fried pickles here.

The honey drizzled breaded chicken tastes great! They cooked the broccoli perfect and the mashed sweet potato was yummy too. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. There was no wait to be seated. We would go back next time we are in the area.

Clara, the cutest little red headed server, gave the best service I ever had! She was so kind and was on top of getting my 10 kids and I refills. She was so good with my triplets and was patient when they wanted to order their own meals. Clara gives such good service that I will be coming back just for her. My kids even know her by name. WE LOVE CLARA!

Ordered chop steak, it was molded like Salisbury steak, I did not like the texture, was Not what it used to be. Never asked how I wanted it cooked, so that should have been my first clue. Everything else was great, rolls were plenty, sides were great as well as our waitress. Good place to eat normally, just not the chopped steak.

We like O'Charley's and decided to give the online ordering another try. We were out of town and just got back last night late so we ordered food for delivery. As has happened 3 other times our food was delivered and we were missing part of it. We called to let them know our salad was missing and they said we could come pick it up. We ordered food for delivery for a reason. We didn't want to go out. We also paid for delivery. We were then told, just as the other times that we would receive a coupon in the mail. I am not holding my breath this time either. I have given up all faith in ordering food for delivery in Harrison. Please get it together O'charley's. And please send us the coupons you promised us. We like your food and would enjoy the convenience of ordering it for delivery.

This O'Charleys has started to improve so much, and I have happily become a regular. The bartender, Sheena makes an unbelievable Long Island which keeps me coming back, and I'm glad she did.Sarah has always kept the front of house in good order, but now, James and Helen challenged the kitchen to be better, and they have lived up to the challenge. It was a bumpy transition, however I'm very happy Sheena convinced me to keep coming back, because the guest experience (and food) has definitely improved.

My family and I ate here and Clara was our server. She was super awesome! Food was great and the service was amazing! Miss Clara made our day by being so sweet for our whole meal. We'll definitely be back!

Had dinner around 5:30 and didn't have to wait long. We ordered the Top Shelf Combo Appetizer to start off. Than we ordered Country Style Chicken Tenders that were smothered in a brown mushroom, onion gravy and The Louisiana Sirloin that was topped with a Cajun style butter! Each dish came with two sides of your choice. Pleased with the food and service. The steak was perfect!! One of the best steaks I've had in awhile.
