He's back. Doug from TGIF served us. Was a little shocked seeing him there and remembering the experience. Well, he approved greatly from the other experience. Swishroom burger (smash burger) I ate came out warm but a little dry. The chicken tenders seemed a little overcooked. Nachos were good. Seems the servings of fries was a little small.

Excellent service by Candi 😊 Clean restaurant friendly employees & a wide variety to choose from .. It’s been a long while since we’ve eaten here , so glad we popped in on this rainy day 8-29-23

O’Charley’s To Order Go 08-26-2023. I was extremely disappointed with the Catfish Dinner I ordered on 08-26-2023. I expected two catfish fillets as pictured in the menu. Instead, I received a few strips of various sizes from a large fish. The broccoli was dry, rubbery and had brown spots on it. I was hungry and tired, so I just ate it. The potato and rolls were fine, but I couldn't eat the broccoli.

Had their margaritas, which I love, they make their own mix so these taste really good!! Pecan salad is fantastic also!! Service is great which makes this one of our new Favorite places.

Polite and helpful workers! District Manager is a great person! They fed my wife and I dinner free of charge during hard times in which we are still thankful for today! Food was cooked fresh when arrived and wait time was short

Haven’t visited but once in the past year due to the restaurant having a history of struggling service. Today I dined alone on a tight schedule, which I never conveyed to the waitress. She was polite, efficient and gave exceptional service. Respecting my peace and privacy while serving me in the most expedient manner. Libby is the reason I’ll be back to O’Charlies sooner rather than later.

2022-02: Party of 4. Arrived on a Saturday night around 7pm. Parking was open. We did not have any reservations. Our drink order was taken right away. Followed by 4 pieces of fresh baked breads and butter. It was gone in seconds. We asked for another batch when he took our order. In a few minutes, 3 pieces of fresh baked bread came. It was gone in seconds again because they were so good. The next batch we asked came in ten minutes or so. Our meals came, and they were all tasty and filling. Bbq ribs & chicken tenders, fish & turf, steak & salmon, and tilapia. All were tasty. He checked on us twice and gave us extra napkins. Good service, good food, good price. We did not have room for desserts. We were out by 8:15 pm. Bon Appétit 😋

Our server didn't check on us 1 time until I was ready to pay the bill. Then she was as jolly and helpful as could be. Fries were limp and cold. But the rest of the food was good. #lookingforatip
