Horrible strong smell of chemical cleaner made me sick the whole night. Hope it doesn’t give me cancer. Dirty room. Outdated and needs paint and updated. I would have slept the same in my car. Don’t stay here it’s seriously ghetto and uncaring staff as well

I have stayed with Hollywood Beach Hotels many times, known as HBH. They have 20 some odd properties and only one office with two desk to check everyone in so that in itself is always a challenge. This last time was worse than ever. There’s no order to the lines. You are always asking someone where is the line? are you next? Are you better because there might be a fight because everybody’s frustrated usually. There is a gentleman that works there named George. He’s really awesome and Maria is cool too. I give it to him because there’s no way I could work in that kind of situation now as far as the room goes all of their hotels are in excellent locations pretty much as I said they own half of the beach, they are clean most of them. They offer a continental breakfast, which is pretty nice so all all if you’re gonna go to Hollywood Beach you’re probably gonna end up staying at one of their properties just be prepared for the check in lines and even though you may book one hotel you may end up in another so you gotta watch that, the good thing is because they have so many locations as long as you have one of their parking tags you can park at any of their “HBH” parking lots. Just a note to everyone there is a nightly resort fee in addition to whatever you book online unless you book it straight through them of 1750 a night and if you need to park your car then that’s another $19 a night. Every time I check in, there’s always been someone in front of me that freaked out about it. Oh yeah and don’t forget you always have to have a deposit for any hotel that you stay in, at least $100 that can be put on a credit card. I’m always shocked that people don’t just know that. Hope this is helpful. I am 100% sure I will stay at one of their hotels again and again.

This place looks nothing like the pictures they have online. We walked in and the room smelled like steel cigarette, the floors were never swept from the beginning and throughout our stay, we had to ask for towels and toilet paper because they never came to our room, had to wear flip flops including in the shower , rooms were out dated. The white sheets on the bed were clean only reason why we didn’t leave right away. You get what you pay for.. I would hands down never ever stay or recommend this place ever 😩

Wish I could give them a ZERO. Buyer beware! THIS HOTEL IS SHADY, they double charged me, once under "Ocean Villas" another time under Hollywood Beach Hotels. |Dirty, disgusting rooms, broken glass on the walkway going up to the room, broken gate to the pool area (probably some sort of safety violation) Awful customer service. Would not answer the phone when I tried multiple times to call them once I saw the double charge. Do not do business with this hotel OR the "parent company" Hollywood Beach Hotels. They should be shut down. Before writing this review I tried to get the issues resolved, but they refuse to acknowledge anything. Give your business to another hotel.

Beautiful, clean rooms. Excellent customer service. They offer breakfast but I opted to go out for breakfast.

We booked via trip.com as a family of 3 which was also mentioned on the booking confirmation. Upon arrival we got a room with 1 bed and I had to upgrade to a room 50% more expensive. No discussion was possible about it,.Location: very good, ＜5 minutes walking from the beach.Hygiene: floor was extremely sticky and windows so dirty one can hardly see through.Breakfast was included in the price, which is nice, but do not expect much, expect for a nicely decorated outside breakfast area.Service fee for 2 nights is 40$ , this is not transparent when you book on trip.com

Located literally steps off the beach, this little group of motels was a fantastic find! Clean rooms, great location, helpful staff, and the lowest prices in the area! I reserved a double Queen room and ended up in a two-room suite with two full baths, two King beds and a pull-out couch. The room was basic, but very clean and neatly kept. The mattresses were spotless, and all of the linens and towels were bright white, so I knew they were clean and fresh. The rooms had hard tile floors, perfect for a beach motel. We stayed too long on the beach, and were able to extend our checkout to 4pm for a reasonable fee. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!

Please don’t book here the front desk service is very unprofessional very rude , the rooms smell so bad and they are very dirty . I booked a room here last night and had to leave once I saw everything the lady in front desk was very rude and unprofessional, she also told me that she can not refund me the money because it was not refundable . I went with my 5 years old son trying to get a place and in my entire life never had such a bad experience, this place should be review by the city ripping off people and taking their money once you get there surprise the most dirty hotel you can ever go to . And on top of that they charge you 40 dollars for a parking lot at the streets . I wish I can know the gift at the front desk last night. Hope you can see this review before booking .
