Surfside Beach, you are in for a treat! Oceanside Nutrition offers everything from healthy energy teas to delicious meal replacement shakes that are SO good you won’t even believe they are healthy! Absolutely LOVE the atmosphere and all of the many nutritious goodies they have to offer! The owner and staff members are some of the nicest people I have ever met! In a rush? Call ahead and they will have your order ready for you!

The owner, Abigail, and her wonderful staff have an immense amount of product knowledge, and they help me target my goal of eating clean and maintaining an ideal weight especially during the holiday season.
The menu is incredible, and the choices of shake and energy tea flavors are endless. It’s impossible to get bored or tired of the same ol’ thing here because they’ve done an outstanding job with the menu!! The high quality protein used in each shake is incomparable - it tastes AMAZING and unlike any protein shake I’ve ever had.
I have found my nutrition home, and I will continue to be a loyal customer to Oceanside Nutrition. I love this place, and I love its people!!

Oceanside Nutrition is a great stop for protein shakes and Mega Teas! We love stopping in when we visit Surfside. We love how they have special holiday drinks during the different seasons for a fun twist. This past weekend we stopped in and tried the Peppermint Oreo Cheesecake shake and it was so good! The staff is great and very professional. Would highly recommend!
I was so excited to find Oceanside nutrition while on vacation in Litchfield Beach. It made it easy for me to stay on my daily routine of protein shakes and mega teas. The staff was always welcoming even when I came in looking a mess after my morning beach workout. As for the shakes and teas….the variety of flavors were awesome. It was hard to pick just one. I wanted to try them all. They use all fresh ingredients including fresh fruit in the teas. I can’t wait to see the gang when I’m back at the beach in 2022.
I absolutely LOVE Oceanside Nutrition! It is SO delicious and so healthy. Abigail, the owner, and her staff are always more than accommodating to help with nutrition stats and facts and they know their stuff! They are always so friendly as well! Check this place out! You will be hooked too!
While visiting for a long weekend, my sister-in-law recommended going to Oceanside Nutrition. We went and were amazed at the menu and the service was fantastic. The shakes were so delicious that we returned and tried different flavors a couple days later. Again, delicious!
The owner & staff are incredible. I have never found drinks or shakes as good as these. So many to choose from. I promise you will not be disappointed. The quality of everything is a 10++
Stopped in for a Smoothie and had a wonderful experience with the owner/server. She was very friendly and pleasant. My smoothie bowl was a delicious, peachy keen bowl. I will definitely go back.
