Oceans 2700 - Indoor lodging in Virginia Beach - 2700 Pacific Ave, USA

You can’t get a better deal for such a great location, 7-11, subway, Starbucks, Harris Teeter and the beach are all within a 3 minute walk, and 1 block away from the strip. The room was clean and very spacious. The gentleman who checked me in and out possibly the owner or manager was very courteous and polite, will definitely make this my first choice on future visits.

We were able to get a room here last second, as the hotel we were supposed to stay at cancelled our reservation. The staff that we encountered were all very nice. The room was pretty clean (a weird stain on a pillow and the tub was peeling and rough because of it, so that lead to the 4 stars) and it was a very short walk to the beach, though we did have to cross the very busy street to do so or walk a few minutes to a safe crosswalk (the reason for the 4 stars here). The office was under construction the whole time and was a bit loud in the mornings. Someone also took off the cover for the light fixture right outside of our room and the curtains did not help to block out the extra light. Towards the end, our soap dispenser randomly got stuck open without us realizing and all of the hand soap leaked out overnight, but it wasn't a huge deal since we had our body wash and the body wash provided. They did let us know in advance that since we were staying a full week, they would not do any cleaning during our stay, but would provide towels and toilet paper if we asked. This was also not a huge deal, just a little different from what I was used to. The price was decent for what we got. At first our neighbors were very loud and verbally fought for two hours (2-4am) and we could hear everything, so the walls were extremely thin. Overall though, we were pretty happy with our stay.

Affordable, clean, and just a 5 minute walk to the beach! The staff members were very polite. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. The only minor issues were the amount of parking and the shower wasn’t the best but it got the job done. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to others who don’t want to drop $400+ a night on the ocean front hotels.

Staff was nice, we stayed in room 212 for one night, the walk to the beach was short and easy so overall location wasn’t bad but you could hear the louder vehicles and motorcycles at night. Unfortunately we had some inconsiderate neighbors who were slamming doors at 1am and the bed was very very firm which I found uncomfortable. Bottom of the bathtub was peeling and bathroom could use some new paint but overall the room was fairly clean. Not a bad hotel if only staying for a day or two but if looking for a longer vacation stay or a soft bed I would book elsewhere but for the price it was alright! I did read a review about bedbugs, I did check upon first entering the room and I did not see any signs of them in our room. Refrigerator doesn’t keep items very cold, thankfully we only kept drinks in there.

Spent the night here with my girlfriend for a little vacation ^^ Great for the cost, and the staff were friendly! There are three mini-golf courses nearby, and several restaurants/bars within walking distance. It *can* get a bit loud sometimes, so be wary if you have anyone in your party with noise sensitivity issues. We got a king bedroom, which came equipped with a mini-fridge and a microwave, as well as a coffee maker (I think the other rooms have this too). With convenience stores nearby too, you can enjoy a cheap meal before going to the beach or pool! The room was clean and spacious enough. Check-in was quick and easy, and the bathroom is equipped with a lighted anti-fog mirror that you can adjust the brightness of (we nerded out over this lol). The downsides we experienced were the smell of weed smoke, despite the several 'no smoking' signs...not really something the staff can help, but be wary if you or someone else in your party can't handle the smell. There was also paint chipping off the walls in our room, and outside in the stairwell. This didn't ruin our stay, but it may look a bit dirty to some. We didn't experience bed bugs, but I understand others in the past have. If you have any issues, you should let the front desk staff know so they can correct them...remember to be kind!

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cet hôtel avec nos 4 enfants, nous avons beaucoup aimé. Le prix de l'hôtel, la distance avec la plage, la piscine. Tout était bien. Nous avons dû changer d'hôtel d'urgence à cause des avis de l'autre que nous avions réservé et celui-ci a été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Je recommande :)

Stayed here for 9 days while on vacation. Very clean, friendly and helpful folks at the front desk, and well kept. Only minor complaint that can't be helped is how small the parking lot is, especially for a large pickup, otherwise I had no issues here!

Room was very clean, owners were super friendly. Only 2 blocks from the boardwalk! When we had a few issues, the owners helped us very quickly, with big smiles. The older gentleman even cracked some friendly jokes with me, I loved it.
