Oceanique Resort - Resort hotel in Indian Harbour Beach - 2105 Florida A1A, USA

We had excellent view from 2nd floor rooms 423 and 424, but it stops there. Mildew in all showers. Elevator broke down with us stuck in for 15 mins. Never worked properly the entire week we were there. Main front desk lady and maintenance man rude and disrespectful. Horrible professionalism and attitude. My husband and I have never been so disrespected by a resort. They were painting walkway outside our rooms and we were told we had to either stay in our rooms for Monday and Tuesday from 8 am to 5 pm or stay out of our rooms. Cockroach in the stair way and rats on premises, but they had rats traps on the premises so this might be par for core for this area. Very disappointing!! Worse time share that I have stayed at in the last 20 years. Will never go there again.

The reason I’m giving a 2 star is because the management and front desk people my family has been coming since the 80’s I grew up coming here all the good people have left these new people are horrible they don’t know what there doing messed up our reservation 3 times!!! And put us in the other building when we were supposed to be in the right building 2nd and 3rd floor right on top of one another instead we he lady messed up again and put our two room on the left side 3rd floor next to each other these people need to be trained better and learn manners because when I got here to check in the lady was rude and acted like she couldn’t find our 2 rooms so annoying the staff is just not how it used to be now they are very lazy not well trained at all!!!! and veryyyyy rude!! Act professional and stop being rude if you don’t like your job then leave!! Very disappointed to what this once really great place has become!!

Love this place, not too big or small, right on the beach. Beautiful rooms that all have water views!

Great location. Pretty pool. Outdoor activities for family. Units large and roomy. Furniture dated and very worn. Mold / mildew in shower. Location on beach was biggest plus. Had smoker in unit below us for full stay. Could not use patio in afternoon/evening. Asked them if the could go site at picnic table, was politely told No its a free world. As they have ash tray on patio folks think they have all the rights in the world. If you stay you want a third floor room, closest to the beach, else you might get good view of office / reception building dirty roof.

It's clean quite relaxing place they always have something to do for everyone everyday of the week they host something different at the clubhouse we love it!!

My family has stayed at the Oceanique twice over the last 2 years, and we enjoyed it every time. The location is perhaps perfect for those that want beach views and access to all the amenities of home. Every suite has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen, balconies with beach views, and your own washer and dryer! We found it perfect for week-long stays. Having stayed twice, I have seen management updating and remodeling the suites, elevators, and common areas. The beach is accessible through the pool deck, which is secured by a gated boardwalk and made private by large bushes that barrier the beach. The community clubhouse has ample space to relax in the AC! The clubhouse has indoor and outdoor bathrooms, and has plenty of board games, a pool table, foosball, and plenty of tables and chairs. Having enjoyed our first stay, our extended family chose to host our family reunion here. I would recommend staying here for your family vacation!

I have been going to Oceanique with friends each early June for many years. We have always had a good time with a relaxing pool a favorite. We have a list of favored nearby restaurants that are enjoyed too. The updated rooms in 2023 was nice. Definitely recommend staying here!
