Oceanic Hotel - Hotel in Wildwood - 4600 Ocean Ave, USA

Very disappointed with this place. For the amount of money I paid, it's totally not worth it. It's a smoke-free place. The staff was made aware of the situation on the first night. Nothing was done. It continued for the next 2 nights, couldn't take it anymore, and checked out one day in advance. Do not stay at this place, specifically room 103. Paint peeling off the sealing, mold growing around the AC unit. Doors don't close correctly. To get in the room, the keys don't fit, after spending some time trying eventually it works. The door to the balcony didn't lock or close completely. Photos provided. Take a look.

listen, when it comes to this motel, you get what you pay for. yes, some of the rooms are a little dated per say, but i still had a fantastic stay. our room was tidy and cozy. i booked a standard room with a mini fridge, TV, and a single queen bed. the room wasn’t huge, but i didn’t need it to be— it got the job done. the bathroom was super nice, (looks like it was just remodeled,) and clean! customer service was excellent as well. shout out to my girl gina in the office! she was super attentive, sweet, and helpful. gina really made sure that we had an amazing stay and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. definitely recommend this motel for anyone looking for a place with good value. rooms are not too expensive, it is literally right across from the beach/boardwalk/convention center, and parking is free. if you’re looking for a pleasant and simple room without draining your pockets, book at the oceanic! :)

Bed was comfortable, facility staff were friendly, close to the boardwalk, great location, nice updates. It’s an older motel so things were older and not pristine but I would def come back again! Best part was it was family affordable! Thank you Oceanic!

It was a one night get away for the beach and worked out great for our family. Sheets could have been a little fresher but otherwise it was great for the value. Staff were super nice! The Tiki bar is legit cool and if your coming week it would be an amazing little adventure couple times during the week. Wished hours were open later though!

Everything was great for the price.|Queen bedroom was very clean. Small but did the job.|The location was amazing. Farthest South Point of Wildwood, just north of Wildwood Crest across from the convention center.|We were able to walk and enjoy Wildwood Crest beach and then walk to the boardwalk.||Great little pool, spa and swim up bar.

Another summer weekend trip and another great stay at the Oceanic. The cottage I stayed in was clean upon our arrival and the staff was friendly, nice and helpful. The cottage is nice for a pair of friends on vacation up to a family of four that is looking for a place close to the boardwalk.

Just checked out. Gene great and most of staff. Rooms tiny,bed too high, I am short almost fell trying to get in it. No chair to sit in. Beth great. Did not like Gina.Showers good.They let people go in pool that did not have room there to get drink from Tiki bar.A d they swam in pool.Would not go back. Not worth the over 350. A night

Was excited to stay here for the Trump rally but the ocean front rooms are sooo small and cramped in. The bed was ok, the carpets are filthy and the room was full of mold, so bad we both woke up with sinus pain. There's no insulation on the outside door, can see the outside.... That means bugs and mosquitoes get in. The air conditioner and heater put out the worst smell.... Probably where the mold smell is coming from. We left the room and seemed our sinuses were a little better but 2 days later, here I am.... Still have mold spores in my nose. We were supposed to stay 2 nights that we payed for but we felt so sick we left after 1 night.... There was no way we could do another after the first night. Nightmare trying to sleep. One and only nice thing about the room was the bathroom, although really small....I won't Even get into how friggen small the balcony was. $200 a night in May was ridiculous. Lost $200 I should've demanded back but when I went to return the keys, there was a guy checking in. I didn't wanna say it right then so I just let it go. Look elsewhere....I will next time
