Ocean Villas of Deerfield - Motel in Deerfield Beach - 715 SE 20th Ave, USA

We had a very good stay at Ocean Villas of Deerfield Beach. Debbie and Rosie are two sweethearts. They really care about their guests. We felt like at home here. The house keeping team also provided us with great service whenever we needed something. Plus, the hotel is perfectly located, near everything you might need (groceries, convenient store, restaurants…). It is also one block away from the beach. We also felt very secure here. It is very kids and family friendly. We will definitely be back when we come back to Florida. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Service is great. Rosie is the best! We stayed there during her training and she is awesome! Ms Deb the manager is wonderful as well. Clean establishment very friendly and accommodating. We will be returning.

Well the manager is a bit dry and short on friendliness. And the cops arrested 2 drunk and disorderly people outside my window the first night. It was disruptive but also entertaining and I felt safe once it was over. But the place was clean and in great shape. I was reminded of simpler times when motels like this were where you stayed! I mean that in a good way.

My favorite in Deerfield Beach, this place is pretty amazing, super clean and updated plus the location is perfect, one block to the beach. Debbie is the manager, very friendly and professional but will bend over backwards to help with anything you may need for your stay. The cleaning staff is very helpful and efficient, the rooms are simple but beautifully decorated. We will be back and we highly recommend Ocean Villas.

My husband and I stayed here on our way down to the Keys. I love the atmosphere and the room. I felt like I was a little girl again, staying at beach side motels. Debbie was so welcoming and accommodating! We definitely will return and stay longer!

This is second time we are staying at this beautiful place. We are coming from Spain and definitely one of the best places to be. It’s really convenient to create your own atmosphere, the rooms, the bathroom, the kitchen are top notch, plenty of amenities and details.|Free parking at the same place, beach towels,…|Thanks for keeping this at it is.

Stayed here in June with my best friend and my sister . We had one of the deluxe apartments . We had the end unit ,upstairs . The hotel is older but super cute and nicely updated . we loved the little apartment. It hd a living room with tons of windows , a sofa bed , one recliner ,coffee table ,end table and t.v. , then ,a little kitchen ,with full size fridge , small stove , microwave and toaster . I believe it had a little ,dish soap ,a couple trash bags and a sponge and dish towel . ( bring your own paper towels ) Had basic dishes ,pots and pans ,etc.. |Then the bathroom, nicely remodeled with drawers , a lit mirror ,full sized shower . our unit had one bedroom , with a huge closet . The bedroom had a king bed with nice quilt set and decent sheets and pillows . The bedroom has a small dresser , a small desk , two night stands and 2 lamps . in the closet there are more drawers and shelves , and a few hangers . The closet is huge and can easily hide away all your suit cases and stuff .| There is a parking lot downstairs always had plenty of spots during our stay . the pool is right down stairs . sadly ,we were too busy and didn’t get to spend much time in the pool ,but it was nice with seats around it and the office will give you separate pool towels . The beach is across the street and maybe a hundred foot walk . We spent more time at the beach . I read that the hotel has beach chairs ect… you can borrow . we did not experience them because we had our own .| The office is only open during the day . Debbie , the manager is there nearly every day . She runs a tight ship and likes to keep the place nice We appreciated that . she also had to help us find the very well hidden laundry room . It was in the back . it was also free , I had brought my own laundry soap and am not sure if they had any there.|There are also a couple grills and a pick nick table back behind the hotel and a shelf full of books on the way back there .| The grocery store was a short drive away and I imagine if you enjoy walking ,there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. | we recommend going on the snorkeling trip with Dixie Divers while you’re in town . it was awesome ! | Would definitely stay here again and hope to return next summer !

The location is great for walking to the bars and the beach. The room was cramped but renovated. Management on the other hand is why they are getting a bad review. The manager is not helpful and was rude to my girlfriend. The policies this place had are ridiculous, they try to charge you for literally everything and do absolutely nothing in if you are not staying for more than a week. I will post a picture of the "welcome letter".
