Ocean View Shopping Center - Shopping mall in Norfolk - 111 W Ocean View Ave, USA

Has plenty convenient place to shop...ABC store/ tobacco shop/ Harris teeter for groceries/ dollar general and more also located across from beach just in case in the summer time you need anything!

Prices are a bit high but they have a produce rack that they have mark downs on that I love to check out. Some of the sales are really good. Staff is usually friendly.

I'd rather not comment. However, it is a rundown strip mall. You get harrased in the parking lot endlessly by people hopped up on whatever. The nearby bus stop is nothing short of appalling. There is one decent restaurant (Chinese food) the rest are fast-food joints. The employees at what has to be probably the worst Harris Teeter I've ever been to are rude and eyeball you as soon as you walk in. The summer season had an endless stream of cops and incidents. Just avoid it if you can.

This shopping center is the only shopping center at the tail end of Ocean view before Willoughby . Harris teeters is a small one but yes it has a Starbucks . There are a few places to eat though depending on what you're looking for but a lil bit of everything also taco bell KFC open late.

just not a the cozy place it used to be...too many questionable people hanging in the parking lot panhandling. Definitely don't go down there after dark!

I frequent the Starbucks in this store on every visit to Norfolk as it is near the Navy base and is usually not supercrowded for that morning cup o' coffee

This is a decent shopping center. With multiple food places, including a Harris Teeter

Most stores have what's needed. Only store I do not care for is Dollar General, store often has empty shelves for everyday items very cluttered and messy
