Ocean Trillium Suites - Indoor lodging in New Smyrna Beach - 3405 S Atlantic Ave, USA

The Trillium was perfect for a birthday getaway as the beach is like 100 yards away, and it’s on part of the beach where it’s more room than I’ve ever seen on a beach. We stayed on the 8th floor and could see/ hear the ocean when we walked in the condo. Eating breakfast and having coffee on the balcony looking at the ocean, is exactly what we wanted. The bar/ restaurant right next door was nice for lunch, and it was a bonus being so close to The Garlic restaurant, that sealed the deal. Pretty rad couple of days

Where to start! Pro: The condo itself, 3405 had absolutely stunning views oceanfront. It was decorated very beachy and looked very inviting. The tv was quite large and had most any channel you could want. The living room opened onto a balcony with seating to enjoy the waves. The bedroom had 2 queen beds and also decorated quite cute. Dining room was quite functional and sat 4 people. The kitchen was quite functional and I was really loving the countertop they used. It came fully furnished with everything you will need. Freezer has an ice maker too! The bathroom was nicely upgraded and there were enough towels for the 2 of us for several days. |Con’s: The living room furniture was absolutely filthy! Doesn’t look like it has ever been cleaned. The couch is totally like sitting on the floor and extremely difficult to get out of as was the chair. The beds were quite soft and have a zipped mattress cover which was great but it was waterproof and you sweated on it all night long. There were several long miserable sweaty nights. We loved where the condo was located, Chases was next door which is a pool bar and several more rather close. If a few upgrades were made such as new mattresses covers and furniture, we would head right back, but until then……

Best weekend getaway ever!! The unit we stayed in, #302, is so comfy, cozy and the perfect beach atmosphere! We stayed a few days and wished we had the time to stay longer. It was clean, ideal location and had everything we needed already in the unit! If you’re looking for a beach vacation, this place and the unit 302 is THE place to go!! ❤️☀️🌊🏝️

I always liked new Smyrna beach but this place location wise is legit! It's nice little nook where you have park, bars, 7/11 and restaurants walking distance away. (No downtown crowds) I like the condo (302) and how cozy they are and you have beach views from front door area and back patio. It's pretty Much all you need for beach trip or vacation. Pool is great and has restrooms and beach access was so easy to work with and has shower to wash off feet. Beach is also great and shallow for kids. Overall we Coming back. Great family area with out all the tourist traps. Legit home cozy feel.

Rooms are not fancy. You’re at the beach. That’s where you spend your time! Things are clean. Nice size rooms and kitchen. Furniture is dated but it just feels like old Florida. It’s all clean. This is a condo. You’re supplied a few basics but you need to have your own shampoo/conditioner etc. The views are great. Nice location. The best thing is they went above and beyond for us when we ran into a car problem day of check out. They let us stay given our issues as a late check out and helped us ease our minds with where we were going to go. We will return!

I recently stayed in Condo Unit 302, and I have to stay, I had an absolute blast! The decor was the perfect “beach vibe” with an absolute stellar view of the beach! The beds were super comfortable, and I love that there was a rotating fan as well, because I am a hot sleeper, but that was the perfect touch to keeping me cool at night! (There’s two queen beds, which is awesome to have the extra sleep space if needed) There were board games which were perfect at night, while we got to listen to the waves. A full kitchen is also a huge plus, but we didn’t take advantage of it, as we utilized SoNapa Grill at night, and Chases, which are waaaay to convenient being right there 😂. The pool area is great for relaxing if you want a “private” experience but still beach side, which was a great option. I will definitely be back, as it felt like “home” and will most DEFINITELY be staying at Condo 302!!! 🏖️ 🍹 🌊

Don’t book room 202! We just checked out and will never stay in that room again! Here’s why- The room was awful! The beds looked like a kid just remade there bed really quick! We weren't even sure if the sheets were clean! A lady knocked on the door and handed me two flat sheets in a bag then left. There was one bottom sheet on each bed. One thin blanket. No blinds in the kitchen window so people could see right in the room! The blinds on both sliders were broken and pieces on the ground. The slider in the bedroom couldn't be locked! There's a hole in the bathroom wall. We left and put the keys in your holder. This room is owned by Coastal Waters. We normally book this Condo through Ocean Properties and never had a problem with any other rooms we’ve stayed in

Unit 602 is in need of TLC. Lamp socket in living room is broke. Entry way light outside main door seems to be broke. Bath towels are very thin. TV in living room is ancient. Balcony furniture is uncomfortable & rusty. Beds are not overly comfortable. The location is fantastic as it's very near restaurants to walk to. On short notice for 2 nights the place served the purpose but I would not recommend or book this unit again.
