I give one star because I think management is appalling if they allow sick employees to work there. Went in there to make a quick purchase. The cashier was very sick and yacking up sick. I tried to keep my distance but if it is the end of the day, it is safe to assume she was working there for several hours. The next day, I was sick. Convinced she shared her illness with me. Since it was the only store I went to and was home all day, safe to say I got it from her.

They sell expired and poor quality imported snacks that taste horrible! Don't get fooled by marketing labels. Food inside is total junk probably made by some dirty overseas factory.. Save your health and money! Everything here is of poor quality. Even branded gardening tool I bought was defective!

Fun spirited store. I love when they announce donations people make for the food bank and say can I get a woo-hoo! And customers throughout the store shout woo-hoo!!

Love the crazy deals. Great selection. Always buy more than I came for because of the great prices and the unique products

I changed it from a 4 to a 5 star after loading up on so many things I’d been looking for and interacting with several employees who were great and also seeing the way managers interacted respectfully with the employees. This was great to so.

I called to check status on an order on 5/25/2023 and the store advised that the product arrived at the store, but was still on the truck as it was yet to be unloaded so I should check back the following week to see if the item was taken off of the truck. I called back on 6/1/2023 and the operator advised that the product is still in transit and immediately tried to hang up while I was trying to explain that I talked to someone who said it wasn't in transit and was at the local store the week prior. She then proceeded to assume a job as an actor and say "you are breaking up, sorry I can't hear you" so I advised that I have full service so there is no reason that my line should be breaking up. They then stayed on the line completely silent so I had to make the decision to hang up as I am sure in their policy they are not supposed to hang up on customers. Terrible customer service.

OSJL is am old standby. They always have the extra little things I need to complete a project or task.

I like the store and selection but was told they weren't hiring when I asked about a job. Information online seemed to contradict that so not so good on customer service.
