It was worth the price. Everything was to be expected. Back patio was lovely. Employees were all kind and knowledgeable. TV had few channels but 2 that my son could watch which was awesome. Beach is close and shops and fun center and food are close. Will definitely be making this the yearly spot.

This is hands down the worst motel I have ever seen, I could never have imagined how disgusting this place would be. Pieces of the building in piles all over the grounds. Walked past a family sitting at a broken down picnic table playing cards. Made it up the 2 flights of rickety stairs and down the rickety walkway to our room (in a dark stinky corner) and then made the mistake of walking into the suite. Absolute filth! I’m not just talking about old furniture and appliances, this was disgusting! The room smelled of urine I guess, it was so pungent you could hardly breath. The carpets are just one big stain from years of never being cleaned. The flooring is coming up in the kitchen area. I didn’t even bother to look in the bathroom or bedroom. There is a balcony that I would not trust to hold up the tiniest of people. We didn’t even stay 5 minutes. We went to our car and looked for a different hotel in the area. The kicker, the won’t refund, total scam here. They charged us $461 for 2 nights. You couldn’t pay me $5 to stay here. Btw, I only gave one star because I couldn’t pick zero.

We ended up staying in one of the Suites. It was a clean place with a kitchen. The kitchen is extremely rudimentary with a tiny two person coffee pot, a stove with one broken burner, a fridge, and some generous counter space with a sink. Overall for the price there is no complaint to be had. The pool was actually very clean and warm despite the cool weather. They have kitties! So double points for kitties and the concierge was a nice person. Overall it's a budget hotel but not bad, honestly. I will be recommending it.

The good: Great service & location. Right across the street from the beach, just a couple blocks from food, gas & groceries. View from 3rd floor is nice, can see pool or golf course. Wildlife wanders into the courtyard. Pets allowed for a $10 fee each per night. No fee for extra pillows etc. Campground style BBQ pits. Relaxed atmosphere, staff is generally friendly & helpful. 24/7 reception. The bad: Some rooms need renovation like repainting, linen is clean but may have small rips or minor stains, hotel is not ok if you have severe cat allergies. Text on welcome cards given with keys is miniscule, not visually impaired friendly. Rooms are generally non-refundable. Card keys are old and may have issues.

I booked 2 rooms for a family gathering. I would not stay here again. The idea of the rooms is great, with a Kitchen, living room, balcony and a bedroom, the rooms are dated, the sofa and chairs very dirty and stained. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable, but the sheets were clean. The door to the bathroom hit the toilet Even the outdoor chairs were old and I would not trust them to sit on. For the price, I think everyone could better.

I was worried about staying here since there are some bad reviews but it was the only room available for that night in Ocean Shores after 2 hours of online searching. ||I know that many/most people have much higher expectations than I do that stay in the big name chains, but I find locally owned (assuming), mom and pop places charming. Especially when the staff is as friendly as this place. ||The elevators were being repaired and they are renovating, but the things I liked the best about this place is that they have both an indoor and outdoor pool, which worked out really well because I had hopes of swimming outdoors but the weather was so blustery and cold that I appreciated the indoor pool. ||We enjoyed meeting and visiting with some of the other locals and travelers staying there in the lobby. ||They have an adorable fluffy cat that does night watch. ;-). The beds were incredibly comfortable with what seemed like memory foam on the top. (The two pillows were small so I’m glad I brought my own.)||One thing I was surprised about was they had no in-room forced air fan or air conditioner so we asked if we could borrow a fan, which they seemed surprised about. That’s usually standard in a motel room.

Rooms don't look anything like the pictures. 3rd floor room, no elevator. Walking the goat path to our room that shouldn't shake under our feet, we enter the room. No pull out couch, food under the little stove, no air conditioning, EXTREMELY uncomfortable beds with at least 1 blood spot on the sheets. I tried to take a bath at 11pm and there was no hot water. I'm lying awake typing this at 1:24am as I'm unable to sleep. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

the guys were nice at the front desk, but this room was so horridly bad i didnt even want to deal with it that i literally paid and left. i walked in, immediately saw stains on the sheets. i went to check for bedbugs, upon checking i discovered urine that was literally still wet in the sheet because i saw the shiny residue when i shined my flashlight on it. not only that, when i checked the reviews after being in the room, i saw this lady post a picture of what looked like a bed bug so i immediately got out of that room and bagged the hoodie i was wearing and left my cards in there. i did not want to deal with the confrontation so i literally paid even tho i didnt even stay in that room for even 20 minutes. i have autism snd extreme germaphobia, do not ever stay here or take your children here. i honestly can’t even believe how bad it was. it still makes my skin crawl. the room was so disgusting. this is a biohazard. this place needs to be shut down. there was also flies everywhere even in the lobby room where you go to get coffee.
