Stayed in mid-August for a few days and it was great! I booked a comfortable room with private bath and I felt at home. Dominick is an excellent host and offers discounted Ocean Grove beach passes. Location is excellent if you're visiting Asbury as there's a footbridge within walking distance to both downtown and the boardwalk. Woudl stay again!
Stayed over 1 night end of August for an event in Asbury Park. Thrilled I found this gem of a place to stay.

-Condition of place, room, common areas clean and well kept.
-Location walkable to Boardwalk and downtown Asbury.

Wonderful, relaxing summer weekend stay in Room 17 on 3rd floor with a private bathroom. The house is immaculate. The breakfast included was delightful - homemade frittata, yogurt, breads, oatmeal, juice & coffee. Host was friendly and present. The location is nice, especially being on a corner for optimal views.Beach towels and chairs available to borrow. Would recommend to friends and would stay again.
It is a very cute BnB…great location..a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars and The Stone Pony!||We stayed for one night (which all other places I called required at least 2 nights) and Dominic was great to book with. He allowed us to check in @ 2pm since we had plans @ 4pm until late in the evening. He sent us a code that morning and explained check in, which couldn’t be any easier. Our room was perfect for us…shared bathroom was never an issue. |Breakfast was available the next morning with an assortment of options. |We would definitely consider booking again in the future if ever in the area!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for the night and it was an absolute pleasure! The restaurants and venue we went to for our concert were all within walking distance, which was a plus. The comfortable atmosphere made us feel right at home, allowing us easy access in and out of the building as we please, and with all accessible amenities right in our reach. Very convenient, very cozy, and very friendly staff! We will definitely be coming back here for sure!
A block from the beach. You get a door code a day before your stay. You'll find your room keys in a wicker basket. Only some rooms have a bathroom but those without have a sink. Window A/C in all rooms. Everything is very clean. Shared hallway bathroom was not an issue. For morning breakfast, a big dining area is available (not open in evening). Tasty egg caseraroloe, yogurt, bread, juice, milk, oatmeal packets make for an ample and tasty breakfast. Discount beach passes available at breakfast. Some games and books in first floor common room. TV and a full kitchen in third floor common room. Comfortable wicker furniture on front porch. Not wheelchair accessible. Street parking where a close-by spot can be found, at least on an August weekday. Ocean Grove is a very peaceful town - nice boardwalk without the noise of attractions that can be found in other NJ beach communities. Ocean Grove is a dry town. Most things close by 8 pm. Unique tent community and glorious Victorians abound. Daily worship services in summer. Sunday worship in the Great hall with its 11,000 pipe organ.
Location! Ocean Park Inn was an ideal location for exploring the area. Half a mile walk to downtown Asbury Park for great dining, 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Pretty and quiet neighborhood (1st week of June). Cozy front porch for relaxing and reading. Third floor kitchen with refrigerator for dinner leftovers. Dominick was an attentive host.
Good spot. Stayed for a night when coming into town for a concert at Stone Pony. Walking distance to so many things. Owner’s accommodated an early check in and served a nice breakfast. Had a room with shared bathroom on floor.. no issues. Well kept and clean. In summary, pretty much was just what we expected and hoped for with a short affordable priced stay.
