If you’re looking for a place to have lunch that won’t put a dent in your wallet, this is it. These are the best prices in town. Where else are you going to get a variety of lunch entrées for $4.99 each. Bar prices a great too. The food is very good and the service is very good as well. Don’t forget to try the spicy/sweet Mexican Sundae.

Mist say wait time for inside would have been a bit lengthy so we op for outside. I enjoyed being outside we sat by the lake nice view. First off I honestly did not believer the price for the amount of food we received. I ordered salmon with mash potatoes and broccoli 🥦 and a grill chicken salad. My food was delicious 😋. My daughter and sister ordered mussels and Quesadilla which was very good as well. The drinks were very good not watered down. The servers were extremely good and attentive. I would definitely recommend having lunch here.

Looking for a great happy hour place all day everyday, this is it. Everything on the menu is $4.99 YES $4.99. Portions are reasonable and drinks are pretty good 3x$10.00. Burger is really good so is the Salmon with mash potatoes and vegetables. Salmon salad was ok, steak tacos were good. You can't beat it for the price. Staff is super friendly and managers are very attentive. Definitely recommend this place and I will be back.

I went to Ocean One Bar Grille for Friday happy hour and I was pleasantly surprised with the 3 for $11 drinks special. The food menu items and drinks is amazingly delicious. Service was also great. Bartenders are attentive and friendly. Food and drink items are recession proof. They also have an awesome DJ that plays 90’s, 80’s and todays hit music. People get rowdy on the dance floor. I highly recommend trying the Ocean One Bar and Grille at the Palms of Kendall mall. It's now my favorite go to place for comfort food and great ambiance.

This is a relatively new restaurant in the Palms at Town and Country. It's so good and the prices are so reasonable that I now have lunch here (with friends) 4-5 times a week. For starters, everything on the menu is $5.99. That includes the very BEST sirloin 1/2 pound burger in Miami. They've got a fantastic grilled chicken sandwich, a mediterranean wrap, a grilled salmon platter and the best chicken Caesar salad I've ever had. And that's just a few of the things on the menu. All sandwiches and wraps come with hot seasoned french fries. So, prices are excellent and the food is great - what else? From Keith, the engaging host to the myriad servers, including Anthony, Brianna, Marco, Lazaro, Urbano, Michael, Eddie, and Armani, everyone is upbeat and fun. Menu is similar at dinner, but slightly higher. All in all a no brainer choice for a great meal. Oh, one more thing - all drinks are 3 for 1!

Food was amazing. I love the location Town & Country. I sat outside and could look to the waterfall. There were many families with their kids. Amazing lunch menu is 4.99. they also have special offers for their, martinis, liquor and beers. I will will be returning and I will be recommending Ocean One to my family friends and clients.

I give this place 5 stars because the prices are ridiculously low and the food is good. The service can be slow, but I can’t take away a star for that because there’s a shortage of staff everywhere right now. I really love that I can go have a nice date with dinner and drinks and still only spend $30! That’s crazy good! Also, the location is great, being on the water it has a wonderful view. The only issue I had when I went was a customer smoking a cigar outside by our table as we were eating. I had to tell the waiter to tell them to stop and then go get the manager to tell them to stop. But that’s just a rude, inconsiderate customer- not the restaurant’s fault. Just be aware that you may have to deal with this when you eat outside.

The service is a bit slow but the prices are great and the Shrimp Alla Vodka was very good. I have also had the Filet Mignon but it was not very tasty though. You can’t beat the prices they have on drinks and I will be returning in the near future.
