Ocean Manor Beach Resort - Hotel in Fort Lauderdale - 4040 Galt Ocean Dr, USA

We tried to stay somewhere new with this booking. Hallways were always very loud. Hair in all the new towels. 12 dollars each for a junk beach chair rental. Hallways smell like pot on occasion. On 9/02/24 drunk kids pulled fire alarm at 1:45 am. Entire building was forced to evacuate. Book elsewhere for the same amount.

I had an incredible stay at Ocean Manor! The oceanfront view was breathtaking, making every morning a delight. The food was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. A special shoutout to Rafael at the front desk for his exceptional service; he was always helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. This was truly an awesome summer vacation, and I can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

I live in St Cloud, Fl and I wanted to spend time with my family by the beach. I was welcomed by Rafael at the front desk. He was wonderful checking us in the process was fast. The food from the tiki bar to Casa Calabria was amazing. The view from my room was incredible. Waking up every morning watching the sunset and sunrise was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back soon.

What a great Daycation my friends and I spent a fabulous day at Ocean Manor resort. We rented a Cabana which was in walking distance to the pool and the beach. Completely private cabana with plenty of room for the four of us. We had a wonderful server who gave us refreshments. The food was pretty good. It was such an enjoyable day. The place is very clean and the staff incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. Will certainly be back. Relaxing and fun day!!!

Place is dirty and very poorly built. There's hair absolutely everywhere. Glass sliding door lock was broke. Beach equipment way over priced. The hallways are loud. And drunk people like pulling the fire alarm making the whole building evacuate at 1:45 in the morning. The bathroom door wouldn't even latch shut. Apparently has roaches. You can almost see through the cracks in the door. Do not recommend.

I was here for my best friends wedding. From the beginning, the front desk staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating. Dave is truly outstanding, everybody needs a Dave in their life. The hotel was awesome for a wedding including the penthouse terrace and suite where we all stayed. The tiki bar is legendary. Overall it was the best weekend ever and the staff really helped make everything perfect and accommodating! Would 10000% love to come back.

Global Discovery vacation condo #1009, the AC was off when we got here, and it was 92 degrees in here. It has been about 3 hours and it is now just starting to cool off a little. the condo itself is nice, but... no dish towels, no dishcloths, no plastic or glass jug to make iced tea or to put a pitcher of water in the refrigerator to get it cold, no starter coffee filters, Reserved this 1 year ago and one week before my trip they tell you oh sorry there's $18 a day parking, (nothing we can do to help you), not enough chairs at the pool, have to wait forever and 93 ° temperatures to get your vehicle because that $18 a day, is valet parking only. I would never have come if I hadn't paid all my money already, and they don't give refunds after they do a bait and switch, by adding parking fees

We didn’t get the room that we originally booked through booking.com but we decided to be ok with that. We got our luggage into the room and left to have dinner. We get back to the resort only to find that we are locked out of our room. Brian at the front desk gave us a reset card and called maintenance. Moe with maintenance came up and told us that the batteries were dead on our card lock. He actually went through another room and balcony jumped to try and gain access from the balcony but the balcony door was locked. He called a locksmith as directed by the resort manager (because the master keys are not given to maintenance) only to be told that it would be an hour+before they could get there. While we are waiting, Brian at the front desk told us that he was moving us into a suite for the entirety of our trip. Brian and Moe definitely went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay. The resort manager on the other hand should brush up on their employee treatment skills. It is the responsibility of the resort manager to make sure that they equip their employees with everything needed to do their job and this should definitely include whatever it is they need to get a lock battery changed. Brian and Moe deserve the customer service award for their great customer service and definite attention to what needed to be done for the customer in this situation.
